I would not recommend this place to anyone. They don't know how to follow-up with people correctly and in a timely manner. They want to just keep my vehicle there, even though I had an appointment scheduled a week in advance. It seems like they don't know how to prioritize what there working on. The front desk heavier set guy could have better customer service skills... especially if he is dealing with customers daily. Also, you guys broke the nozzle of the windshield wiper sprayer. Brought my C450 here for an oil change and was honestly blown away by the customer service here, Greg and his guys are mad knowledgeable-- and more importantly honest as can be. I'd say I'm a car guy, I've blown up a few WRXs, busted my knuckles on a 350z and torn apart a BMW... for the love of going fast. That being said, for my new to me Merc I've only ever taken her to the dealer for her first Service B, which torched my wallet and left me with a bad taste in my mouth regarding dealerships. This go around I needed an alternative. Greg & Turn Too not only allowed me to bring my own bougie Oil & Oil Filter, but double checked the status of the oil coming out of the car and in doing so gave me some peace of mind after the dealership shenanigans. Had a great experience here this week. While taking my kids to school in the morning I noticed that something underneath my van was scraping when I went over speed bumps. I had never been to Turn Too but I live in the neighborhood so I thought I'd stop in and see if they could take a look and see what was dragging under there. Corey kindly greeted me and asked how he could help. I explained the issue and he had one of his technicians, Mike, pop outside and look at my van immediately. He determined the belly pan was loose and missing some screws. He fixed it right up and sent me on my way. They were incredibly friendly and helpful. I would recommend giving them a try. read more

Overall everything was fine, but had continued to have issues with one repair. Took it back three times to fix and they never did. Took it to the Dealership who said it was the same part they replaced. Took it back to TTA and they didn't fix it once again. Maybe it's just me, but integrity is everything. Too bad too. read more

Whoa this place is AWESOME!! I have used Turn Too Automotive for over a year now and they will ALWAYS have my business. In the past week I was having trouble starting my 20 year old VW Beetle, so I thought maybe it was related to the new battery I put in it 4 months ago. I had AAA come and jump the car and I took it to the battery distributor. They tested my battery and all was fine with the battery, so they tested the alternator and it failed. So, I called Greg at Turn Too and we towed the car to have the alternator replaced. I was really concerned because this was a major repair that other shops quoted twice the rate as Greg did. I figured, it's got to be fixed, I have no alternative and I've always trusted Greg to be honest and straight forward with me on all my past repairs. It turned out that the alternator was not failing at all, it was a plug connection that had vibrated loose and was not charging the battery with a full charge. Once the plug was secured, my alternator was sending the full charge. Greg called me right away to give me the GREAT news!! They worked on my vehicle most of the day diagnosing the problem, but they didn't charge me a dime for all the time spent. I know there are shops out there that do not have the integrity that Turn Too Automotive has. Thank you Greg and Mike for your honesty and integrity. You will ALWAYS have my business. i had to get an oil change and while my dad usually does it, we are in the process of moving, so the space he usually has to do car work is occupied by boxes. i called and made an appointment which was super easy, brought it in, and it was done within the estimated 45 minutes. everyone that i talked with was super nice. the pricing was also super reasonable. this was the first oil change i've gotten done somewhere rather than at home, so i was expecting the worst. it wasn't bad at all! they also informed me that next time i would need my engine air filter replaced, but didn't try to push it on me today. i really appreciate that. thank you very much guys! read more

I needed to replace my front wheel bearings. Bought the bearings, and Greg quoted me a price for the labor. They did exactly what I asked for, did great work, and did not charge anything extra (and even put a couple of gallons of gas in my almost empty tank (thanks guys). My car rolls better than ever now. Received my car back from Schomp Honda after an oil change. Schomp informed me that I needed a new Rear Main Seal. Not wanting to pay dealer pricing and needing a second opinion I found Turn Too Automotive on Yelp. The business responded to my messages on yelp very quickly and informed me that they would do a free diagnostic to confirm. Stopped by within an hour and received extreme honest and up front info. No BS, no sugar coating. Staff was awesome and friendly! Even let me see the under carriage of my car myself to see this "leak". Turns out it's not what Schomp said and a small seepage potentially from my oil pan. Gave me pointers on what to do and what to keep an eye on. Thank you for the info and the help! read more

I wish I could give them 10 s! We drove in from TX and needed to change the brakes on our SUV. While trying to remove the rear tires, we found that one of the lug nuts had been stripped and we could not get it off. After two days of trying to find a shop/mechanic who could remove it for us, I stumbled upon Turn Too Automative and they had it fixed within minutes! I am a recently retired widow who knows some shops will take advantage of this if they can. I like to support locally owned shops and stores. I had an issue come on my car that needed attention ASAP and had an afternoon appoint to get to. Greg got me in to diagnose by 8:30 AM and was able to fix it the same morning. Very pleasant, respectful and helpful. Explained exactly what needed to be done and why gave me exact cost before starting on the repair. This place is a nightmare, after paying them over 1,600.00 for the wrong gaskets to be replaced, i brought my jeep back 3 times to fix the leak. My quess is they just hoped it was the gaskets they replaced. They kept telling me it was faulty gaskets, lol, no, it was the head gasket leaking. Pretty sad when Midas took 30 minutes to diagnose and fix the problem. Hasn't leaked since. The 3rd time of bringing it to these clowns, my jeep was ready to pick up, was sitting in the parking lot leaking..... my son and i started walking back, one of his guys met us and we told him it was still leaking, he said nothing and turned around and walked back into the building shutting the door. Greg was still hiding in the bathroom. True story !! I told my son i was DONE !! I called Chase bank and filed a dispute. I got in my jeep and it didn't want to start. Awwww, come to find out, they forgot to put one screw back into the starter, ruined my starter. Way to go guys !! I did win my dispute with Turn Too Automotive. Greg should be ASHAMED at the way he treated me. I will never reccomend this shop to anyone. Midas on Wadsworth replaced the head gasket and also replaced a gasket for free that Turn Too Automotive said they had replaced that was also leaking. Hey, my jeep stopped leaking, funny how that happens when the right gasket is replaced. I was leaking oil all over the place, but my oil gage always said it was full. At first I was a bit skeptical of all of the 5 Star reviews but their service is legitimately top notch. They fixed my axel for $200 less than another quote and mentioned my transmission was slipping. It's under warranty, but my dealer refused to fix it since it's not "bad enough". Greg says if it gets any worse he would call the dealer himself, to get them to fix it. read more

Great service. Went here for the first time because Pep Boys shorted out my electrical system and left me holding the bag. Turn Too corrected the problem and saved me money by testing the battery that Pep Boys was going to replace and finding that a new battery was not needed. I will use Turn Too in the future. I am impressed with Turn TOO. I have a 2014 Ram 3500 HD 6.7 Turbo Diesel. Everything about this truck is EXPENSIVE!! I had them change all the fluids and filters in the Transmission, Front/Rear Differentials and transfer case. Cost me 1/2 the price of what the dealer and other shops quoted. I also had a bad downstream NOX sensor that had to be fixed before I could get an emission test done. The dealer had quoted me $860....just for the part!!! Though their coaching, I bought one online for $225. It took them all of 8 minutes to install it....free of charge. I highly recommend you take your next repair or service needs to this shop. read more

We took in my teenage sons car for the check engine light. Within a few hours, we received a call, followed up with pictures that, unrelated to the check engine issue, the frame was completely rusted through in several spots & completely unsafe to be driving. We received HONEST input that the cost to repair this issue, in addition to the check engine light issues, was not in our best interest due to the repair cost versus the value of the car. We were not charged a dime. They've earned our business as well as our word of mouth, just by the simple fact they were honest with us. Something very hard to come by these days. The crew is honest, friendly and knowledgable. I was told I needed my trailer bearings replaced this year. I wanted a second opinion. My coworker recommended Turn Two, so I tried them out. They told me I didn't need new bearings and even showed me how to check them. They could have easily said they needed replaced and taken my money.
