Beautiful place and kind staff but unfortunately horrible experience. I had come for two things: to get builder gel removed off my natural nails and some extensions, and to get a manicure. Before our appointment started I had asked my technician what type of gel they had available and I let her know that I would prefer a hard gel after the removal of my existing set. As soon as she started drilling and got close to where the gel ended I heard a small crack and my finger started hurting. I saw that part of the extension had broken off (which I could understand happening). What I didn't understand was why the technician continued to drill over the same area for so long. She apologized but after this happened again I asked her to please be gentle. She was still aggressive and had over drilled on all of my nails and damaged every single nail bed. The whole area was also covered in dust and had gotten into the water they offered because the technician was not continually running the fan. After the gel removal they moved into cuticle care. While I appreciate the meticulous detail the technician had it was all in all, excessive. I've never seen a technician use 3-4 drill bits just for cuticles. Even after clipping my cuticles they went back with a drill bits. Certain areas around my cuticles ended up stinging and became sensitive. Finally, the technician put on some orange cream (paraffin or lotion? I wasn't sure but they didn't explain what that was before putting it on my hands), and made me sit two minutes before washing it off. Afterwards the technician applied cuticles oil (which stung because my cuticles were overexposed) and hand cream. Now. At the start of our appointment I thought we had agreed on a hard gel, but after the cuticle oil and hand cream she was done. I asked her about adding polish on top but she told me because my nail beds were too damaged, I should wait and come back in a few weeks. I was confused but didn't want to argue because English was not their first language. My nails beds were completely fine prior to this appointment. They said it wasn't their fault because the last set was done poorly (which it was not). What really put the cherry on top was when I asked about the 15% off for new customers (which was on all the pamphlets in their office), only to have the front desk say that was outdated. Update them then! I've read multiple other reviews where people had the same experience and I wish I had read those before setting an appointment here. read more

Absolutely fabulous!! Valeriia is so sweet and attentive. This was my first time ever having a lift and tint and she walked me through the whole process and was very careful with all of the products. I recently visited Sasha Beauty to get a Russian manicure with gel removal and a French manicure design. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't the best. I had an appointment with Shafag A. The whole appointment took almost three hours (2 hours and 45 minutes!) which was way longer than expected. During the manicure, the technician used small scissors to cut my cuticles, which I haven't experienced before with a Russian manicure. This made them bleed and sore. After my cuticles bled, the technician applied some solution on it with an applicator. However, she used the applicator with my blood on it to get more solution out of the bottle! This could potentially contaminate the product for other clients. Huge hygiene concerns here. Because of the long appointment time, there wasn't enough time to do the French manicure design I requested. I showed a picture of the nail shape I wanted, but the final result wasn't quite there. Further, she also didn't use the best technique, leaving some ragged edges. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience at Sasha. It was a long process, the manicure wasn't what I wanted, and there was a hygiene concern. read more

We have been doing an open eye natural look that I love and the photos here are with some extra volume. I always appreciate her caring and considerate demeanor and that she is thorough in her work with a kind and easy going attitude. She doesn't waste time while working and I always have a great result! Svetlana has also done my eyebrows over a month ago and I feel very happy with those results as well.
