There was no wait and I was seated immediately. Dung was doing my pedicure and did everything fine until it came time for the polish. He did a sloppy paint job, and I asked him to clean up the sides before putting it under the UV light. He did not. He waited until after everything was cured to clean it up. He tried to clean it up by using the cuticle clippers and ended up cutting me and I bled. The nail polish is very streaky and thick. I complained to the owner about it and nothing was done. Dung left once I started complaining to Jenny and didn't complete the service. It wasn't until I got home that I realized he never fully wiped off the mask on the back of my leg. Now onto the acrylic fill in. Tina performed the service and had to be corrected several times. I tried to get her to add more acrylic because the nail bed was too flat and I like it to have a curve, I even showed her the nail on my other hand as an example. She told me it was flat because she did not file it yet. Filing was not going to correct the flat/straight nail bed. It took 4 time telling her to get any progress and I finally gave up because her last attempt was acceptable and I didn't want to waste anymore time. I had been in the chair for about 1.5 hours at that point. Around the same time I was complaining to Jenny about the pedicure I mentioned my dissatisfaction with the nails as well and that I needed to be out in the next 15/20 minutes. Jenny took over my nails and did the French tip but had an attitude with me over a miscommunication. She asked if I wanted the French arch the same as last time, I said yes and trusted that she knew what that was because she looked at my nails prior to the service. She did the sides long and not even centered. Despite all of these issues--including getting cut--the only thing Jenny took off the bill was the $5 charge for the French tip. I told her that was completely unsatisfactory, but they refused to budge. I was charged the full price of $102 for the services. I am normally a 20% (or more) tipper wherever I go, but with this horrible experience and their complete unwillingness to discount the bill, I could not bring myself to reward them with a tip. I feel like I completely wasted 2.5 hours and $102 because I will now have to go somewhere else to get all of this redone. I live in another state and was visiting the salon my mom frequents but they have lost her business as well. Avoid this place

My stepdaughter recently had a fresh manicure done here, and it was quite expensive, so we expected top-quality service and a durable finish. Unfortunately, within less then one day, her nails started chipping and peeling significantly--something we've never experienced with any other salon, even with less costly services. Concerned about the poor quality and the high price paid, I called the salon to explain the situation and ask if they could offer a solution or at least fix the serious issue given she does not live with us all the time and to give us something. To our dismay, the staff was completely unwilling to help or provide any suggestions. Despite the obvious problem and the cost, they did not offer to repair, redo, or even partially address the damage. To not acknowledge your lack of quality and horrible service, something should've been done, but of course nothing was done. What made matters worse was their rude and dismissive attitude over the phone. Instead of showing understanding or professionalism, the staff seemed annoyed and impatient, making the entire interaction uncomfortable and frustrating. They are only concerned with the money they received and not having proper customer service, it's safe to say I will never return, and will let people know about the terrible service as well as the customer service that I received after the service was given. It felt like they had no interest in taking responsibility or valuing customer satisfaction. A reputable and customer-focused salon would recognize that problems can happen and should stand behind their work--especially when charging premium prices. Unfortunately, this salon fails on both quality and service fronts. Given the expensive cost, I expected far better results and a willingness to make things right. Here is a picture below showing the condition of the nails after just one day. Considering the poor quality and lack of service, I strongly believe I should be refunded my $15 for such a disappointing outcome. I cannot recommend this salon to anyone looking for nails that last or a staff that respects and supports their customers.
