The quality of their work is DEPLORABLE! My nails were embarrassing and my pedicure was so bad, I sat there and cleaned my own toes after the pedicure. They just watched as I got crap out of my toe nail. The gel was too thick, they were crooked. A few nails were half polish on, half off. I work WAY TOO HARD for my money to throw it away. I went to see the Manager today and his resolve was for the same ladies to "fix" my nails instead of getting someone that knows what they're doing to fix them. I left so heated. I was there today and had only been there once a little over a year ago. A little pre note: Lunch hour, close to my job and my tech is always booked so I have standing appointments with the next one still a week away. Short notice invite to an event for this evening. I am a regular pedicure girl and SNS every three weeks faithfully so I didn't need one today just a gel polish change in my toes. I don't have the best cuticles so I asked if they could clip them. They said no you would need to get a pedicure. Did I mention I'm on my lunch hour because I have to go straight from work to the event. I get off at 5. Totally willing to pay but still no. Got the polish change. Went to pay with tip in hand was told the price was $36!! Wait what!?? She said that's why we recommended pedicure to save money. Regular pedi is $55. Where am I actually saving money (and time in this situation) if I don't need a pedi? I remember when polish changes were $8-10 for regular polish and $15-$17 for gel. For what I paid including tip $39, I should have at least been obliged for my cuticles. You know, good customer service and all. Crazy! I will not got there again. So! I went and had a manicure and pedicure earlier today. I loved the experience. I chose a $45 pedicure that came along with a sugar scrub, and the normal male pedi. I added a buff and paraffin. Now, I'm not quite sure why the buff was an additional $5? The pedicure menu stated that a "color" of choice was/is included. As a man, I didn't require a color and neither did I desire a "clear" finish...so I assumed that a buff would suffice. Apparently, that's a bit more work than a simple toes painting?!? The facility was very clean, the smell is what I'm guessing is normal. I got over it after 5-10 minutes. I enjoyed the chair...it almost put me to sleep during the service. The tech was very kind and she explained the service. I enjoyed it so much that I decided to get the manicure. Drum roll...I spent $70+ with a tip! This is the ONLY reason that I can not give them a 5-stars rating. I feel like that was super expensive considering my hands and feet were already in great condition and again it's not like I got all the trimmings that women get while at a nail salon. Guys, give them a try but beware of the menu. Next time, I'll get a simple classic mani/pedi and keep it moving. Of course, I'll continue to tip well. There you have it. That's my $.02 review. Me and my daughter have become frequent customers of this location. I only give it 4 stars because it really depends on who services you at this location. I have some people that went above and beyond and then I have had some that were just trying to rush me out of the seat. It is highly recommended that you make an appointment now because they have become so busy since we have opened back up. They are good about placing you when you walk in for your appointment. If you don't have an appointment and they can't take you, they will give you the option of calling you back if they have an opening on the same day. Their prices are comparable to all other nail salons now. I took my mom for Mother's Day to have a pedicure and it was an older gentleman who did her feet and he really took good care of her. read more

I'd gone to Nail Creations for over 7 years. I do not recommend them anymore. Over the years the customer service has gotten worse and the prices continue to go up. The owner Lely is very rude, she believes she can talk to customers or about those who patronize her business because this shop has become popular. I've been watching over a period of time how she gossips about clients or how rude she's become. She even told her husband when he cautioned her about her lying and gossiping "that is her shop and she can say what the F she wants to anyone or about anyone" The majority of the clients are Africa America and she's just disrespectful to our people. It's time for us to show people who's bringing the money to them and put them in their place. There are plenty of other nail salons in Douglasville, lets give other nail salons a try. I came in on a Saturday morning at about 11:30 and the wait time was what I expect for a nail salon on a Saturday! They did a phenomenal job though and I am extremely particular about my shape. They have all the latest colors and designs like color powder and things like that. got my toes done here for my junior prom and i loved them the first 3 days but then the stones on my big toe didn't even last a week so i had to go to prom without a stone i was so sad about it and i feel like she rushed towards the end on my toes putting the diamonds on my big toe but they ended up looking crooked and i was disappointed once i got a closer look. but, they were pretty overall and the lady was super sweet she did exactly what i wanted for prom i was just disappointed by how soon the stone fell off considering how much i payed for them to stay on for my prom when they didn't. read more

They are really good and quick. I come here when I'm not in Atlanta to get a pedicure. Great customer service and cold water or soda when you arrive. The only negative thing that makes me cringe is their waxing services. I've watched several women get eyebrow waxes as they double and triple dip the same wax applicator in the wax and back onto the customer's skin - huge safety violation. There's reports of salons doing this and leading to infections. I mentioned this to one of the workers months ago and they still do it. Gross. I enjoyed my time here, everyone was nice. It wasn't busy, but I did get there around 715, and they close at 8:00 pm. They did a nice job on my mani/pedi, and the foot massage was good as well. Only shocker to me was the price tag: $43!? I didn't get anything fancy: regular pedi, regular nail polish, and I could've paid $30 (maybe less) for this in NY. I was looking of for a place that catered to kids also. Well, they had a kids menu so I decided to give it a try. My daughter, age 4, and I came in and I requested that we get done together. They said a 15 min wait so I said ok. 15 min turned into 30 min. I was fine b/c I had no other plans for that day. When they started on my feet, I requested that they do hers first instead. I asked 5 times and they kept telling me that someone would be right with her. I also got "reprimanded" for not making an appointment. I told them it was fine b/c I wouldn't be visiting their establishment again. On a positive note, the guy who did my nails did a fantastic job. He offered my daughter and I something to drink. She got a cola and I had a delicious mimosa. They do a good job on nails, but their customer service needs to drastically improve. read more

I do not recommend anyone going to this salon. After frequenting this place for years, today officially will be my last time. They have tried to nickel and dime me twice including today and I am over it. The first time was back in March. I went for a pedicure, their basic pedicure which was like $23 I believe. I pick my pedicure out of their 'menu' and was happy until I went to pay. I go to the counter to pay and he tells me I owe him $3 more than what was advertised. I tell him that isn't what their price list says, and he replies 'what's the big deal, it's only $3'. I then responded with 'yeah, my $3' he laughs, correct it and swiped my card for the price listed in their menu. Go there a couple of other times, no other incident until today I walk in wanting to get a fill in and one nail fix. Upon walking in I ask how much to fix my nail, a new guy goes back and ask one of the ladies and then come back and tells me $5. I said ok. My sister then asks 'ok, and how much for a fill in?' The guy which is the manager I believe, tells her $16 and proceeds to tell her because of how long her nails are it's more, which is why it was $16. She and I both respond simultaneously 'ok'. We pick out our color, she starts her nails first and then a new lady walks me to a different table. I sit down expecting to pay $21. $16 for the fill in and $5 to fix the nail. Once again in true form, I go to the counter to pay and she tells me I owe $24. So I respond with no it's $21. She responds back $24. I then proceed to tell her the price that the guy told me, he then picks up his head and responds 'I didn't do your nails, she did'. Which I then say 'so every technician have their own price?' and he just repeats exactly what he said. This is when I become annoyed, and let them know that I was told one price and I am not paying nothing more than that. This is when the lady that is always at the front table jumps up and starts yelling 'It's $24, you owe $24. Pay!' This is when I decided to no longer converse with her and I turn to the guy that told me the price, who tells me ultimately the lady is charging me what he told her to charge. So I say 'I have never been to a salon and they change their prices as they day go on', which he then counters with 'are you refusing to pay' and once again I tell him I am not paying more than $21. He says 'ok' and proceeds to walk to a table, grab the phone, and call 911. As he was calling the police so was my sister and I. Douglasville police shows up, and he attempts to mediate. And to make sure I had witnesses in front of the officer and another customer I tell the manager, the only solution is I pay what I owe which is $21 or he can take the 'fill in and fix' back aka take the nails. He responded with 'that's not how this works, service was rendered' and I respond with 'If I go to Marshalls and pick up a shirt, if I go to the register and decide I no longer want the shirt, they have the right to take it back. So you can have your nails back'. He did not like that answer, and decided to fan me off as I was talking. Ultimately he agreed to honor his original price, and my total was $21. Lesson learned, I will no longer spend my hard earned dollars at this establishment. And although money is important, for me it wasn't about the money. It is about the principle and values, which this place has none. If they continue to take $2-$5 extra from their customer, imagine how much money they walk out with at the end of the week when people aren't paying attention. read more

So normally I am not the type to post my customer service complaints but this one definitely landed itself on the list. I have been a supporter of this place for nearly a year and have frequented there often up until around 11am yesterday when i came in as a walk-in to get a fill in. My normal nail tech whom I won't say there name but is the person that sits at the first set of nail service tables by the door and is typically the greeter or should we say "gatekeeper". The gatekeeper is also my usual nail tech, we had a great relationship so that much that she posts pictures of my nails on her instagram and I work at a busy mall as a makeup artist and have referred quite a few people to her that have come in the mall looking for a good nail person nearby. When i walked in I greeted her by name as usual and she I. I knew she was probably busy so I told her it was ok if another person could do my nails. She said ok pick out a color. There were only 2 other people waiting before me and one of them was getting a pedicure and nothing to there hands so i figured it shouldn't be too much longer. About 40 minutes rolls by and I'm still waiting. Finally, it's my turn and one of there male nail techs start to do my nails. I show him a picture of the nail design that I wanted on just one of my fingers on each hand. The design very simple nothing too intricate. Well it took him messing them up twice on each hand before I threw in the towel and was like lets just leave it alone because i have to be at work in an hour. we agreed that i would just pay for fill in plus 1 nail design and not 2 which is way more than fair, in my opinion the whole thing should have been free being that i got there at 11a and didnt leave til 1:30p. Well after we agreed on the price, he had the owner come over and take my debit card. He brings it back and places it down along with the slip for me to sign. Before i could sign the slip, the guy who did my nails comes over with some acetone on a cottonball and wipes the design off of one of my nails and im furious because i had already explained that i didnt have time for a third redo. he then instructs one of the other nail techs to come over and fix the nail, she does he nail and messes it up also!(at this point im pissed but still calm cause i just wanted to get out of there as I see its after 1) the gatekeeper then starts going off in front of the other customers and starts shouting that i needed to pay for both designs. No respect for me whatsoever after i have been a repeat customer and have referred people to her. Didn't even come over to ask me what was going on or consult with me privately. Instead she shouted at me from the front of the salon to the back of the salon where i was drying my nails. Didnt even stop to look at my messed up nails to see the disaster that had become my ring fingers. I was completely shocked at her behavior as she has typically been pretty sweet and displayed great customer service, a big reason why I patroned the shop. at 1:45p I walked over to her husband (the one who ran my debit card) and tried to come to a peaceful ground with him. I said "look at my nails, i have now had 2 designs done over 3 times and they still are messed up, i think me paying for just the fill in is more than fair" He looks at me with a mean face and nasty and says "I'm working" as if I was bothering him. I signed the card slip, left it on the reception desk and walked out very hurt and very upset at the way I had been treated. After almost 3 hours on what should have been an hour visit tops I won't ever be going back and after the situation was handled so poorly I urge others not to go as well. read more

The owner of this salon is VERY rude. He hung up on me twice when trying to make an appointment which I have made consistently for the last six months. His wife usually answers the phone so this was my first encounter with him. I asked him if I could make an appointment and I gave him the time that I could come could come. He then said he couldn't guarantee the time after I made the appointment. If he would've started off with that I would've chosen another day as I was trying to make a same day appointment which I understand cannot always happen. I also have to be somewhere else afterwards so it wasn't a biggie for me to When I called back and asked him why he hung up on me he said that I should find somewhere else to get my nails done. All I was trying to do was make an appointment which you have to do during these Covid times. I will not spend another dime of my hard earned money with someone like this. I went to Nail Creation for a pedicure. The young man clipped the skin around my toe and it started to bleed. I didn't panic. He didn't know how to stop the bleeding. I asked who was in charge and nobody said anything. I looked at the person that greeted me when I came in and told her I was bleeding.
