I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my very disappointing experience with this nail salon. My stepdaughter recently had a fresh manicure done here, and it was quite expensive, so we expected top-quality service and a durable finish. Unfortunately, within less then one day, her nails started chipping and peeling significantly--something we've never experienced with any other salon, even with less costly services. Concerned about the poor quality and the high price paid, I called the salon to explain the situation and ask if they could offer a solution or at least fix the serious issue given she does not live with us all the time and to give us something. To our dismay, the staff was completely unwilling to help or provide any suggestions. Despite the obvious problem and the cost, they did not offer to repair, redo, or even partially address the damage. To not acknowledge your lack of quality and horrible service, something should've been done, but of course nothing was done. What made matters worse was their rude and dismissive attitude over the phone. Instead of showing understanding or professionalism, the staff seemed annoyed and impatient, making the entire interaction uncomfortable and frustrating. They are only concerned with the money they received and not having proper customer service, it's safe to say I will never return, and will let people know about the terrible service as well as the customer service that I received after the service was given. It felt like they had no interest in taking responsibility or valuing customer satisfaction. A reputable and customer-focused salon would recognize that problems can happen and should stand behind their work--especially when charging premium prices. Unfortunately, this salon fails on both quality and service fronts. Given the expensive cost, I expected far better results and a willingness to make things right. Here is a picture below showing the condition of the nails after just one day. Considering the poor quality and lack of service, I strongly believe I should be refunded my $15 for such a disappointing outcome. I cannot recommend this salon to anyone looking for nails that last or a staff that respects and supports their customers. This experience was a total letdown, and I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. If you're looking for rude staff, poor quality, and zero accountability, this is the place for you. Otherwise, save your money and find a salon that actually cares about their customers. read more

I would say Kevin does the best pedicures and go on a weekday because the weekends get crowded but they are generally kind and have a loyalty card you can punch for $25 or more services. I like it because the pedicures are good and I can usually get in and out. I like the ladies to do my nails. read more

First time here. Not good experience. The tech cut the entire nail off. She apologized profusely but the damage was done. So, of course the other 9 fingers had to be trimmed so it didn't look crazy. Nail polish is smudged after I had to sit by fan for 35 mins. Nails are chipped with deep gouges. Nail polish is cheap quality and the 2 layers were too thick. read more

The salon overall is clean they also offer a cold water which is always nice. I've been here a few times and it can usually be a hit or miss. When coming here like any nail salon be sure to pay attention and ensure you are satisfied with the service you are receiving. Also find a nail tech who does exceed your expectations and to stick to them. Due to business volume varying coming early or having an appointment is suggested. I have been going here ever since I relocated, to Douglasville in 2006 everyone knows how difficult it can be moving to a new state and finding a place to get excellent customer service, not only great service but very knowledgeable on how to do a diabetic pedicure which has to be done with caution and TLC because any little nick can be a Dr. visit or hospital stay. On today 5/13/2022 after working long and hard all week standing and walking a lot, I was like let me treat myself to a nice pedicure and manicure the young lady who did my services was exceptionally trouble since when you do not put cream on the foot, and what happened to the foot massage which by the way I did not get, so upon checking out I ask the lady if you do not get a foot massage with the $30.00 pedicure and she said yes I was like well I did not get it so in there native language she questions the young lady and the young lady stated that she did really (not) so the customer is wrong why would I lie about foot cream and a darn foot rub which by the way I did not get, by the way, you do not get the foot soak added to the water wit this one, I was highly dissatisfied with my service after 16 years this is my first and last bad experience I will be looking and trying out new places, I will not be returning not even for my eye brows. I am more hurt than mad because after 16 years I have to look for a new place that can service a diabetic customer with care. read more

Alright...so, I've been coming here for years and I've always dealt with nick when getting my nails done. I love them every time he's done them, recently he and Kelly left, but I decided to keep going there because it's convenient and I've been going here for years. Long story short, they replaced nick with another guy named nick, with half the talent. I tried them twice since the new changes and I've been disappointed each time, I'm not going back. He left lines and air bubbles on my nails. The shape I wanted wasn't right. I even tried SNS and they came off 2 days later!!! I'm desperately searching for a new nail salon. read more

Please note... I read the reviews about this salon prior to going. I also kept in mind everyone has different expectations how they like to have their nails done(I'm no exception). Stepping out on faith, I decided to give the salon a try. I had a totally different experience. After shopping at Wal-Mart 2 weeks ago , I saw this salon. I always check Yelp before checking out any business. When I saw they were all negative, I still decided to give them a try anyway. I was greeted when I walked in. It wasn't busy. I told the woman at the first station by the receptionist desk I needed a gel manicure. I asked how long the wait was, she replied now. I waited no more than 10 minutes and was told to go to station 6. Nancy was fantastic! She was very friendly & engaging. She gave me the best gel manicure I've ever had since moving to Atlanta. Normally, I also get a gel pedicure, but told her this was my first time at the salon, & want to see how long my nails last. I said if they hold up, I would come back. She understood, she wasn't upset or anything. She then asked if i needed my eyebrows done. I politely declined. She told me to come back & see her. My nails look fantastic, they haven't peeled or chipped at all. They also have grown alot. She really did an excellent job. I definitely will return & see Nancy, and highly recommend. Nice location. Get's crowded early so come early or bring your patience. They will some times open the door a few minutes prior to opening time. Why? Cause there's a line forming outside. Other than that it's the typical Nail Salon. Could use a little more TLC but it's clean so it's okay with me. I did a gel set this time. Good for just under 7 days. Prices are reasonable. read more

DO NOT RECOMMEND! not only is the customer service terrible but the quality of the nails are horrible. My nail color started browning after 4 days ... 4 DAYS. ( I don't mess with any chemicals or anything) I went to them to get it fixed the lady was like " twenty dolla" I said "No I'm not paying for it to get fixed because it's not my fault it's only been 4 days" so she agreed to fix them again and blamed it on the polish. fast forward a week later my nails are chipping and browning once again even with a new color, I've never experienced anything like this before. This nail shop is next to the hair-cutter place located adjacent to the Wal-Mart and Sam's Club shopping center not inside Wal-Mart. I been here a couples of times and I really enjoy the services. The atmosphere is very nice, not too fancy like other nails shop I been to, but are very clean. The girls are very nice and friendly there. Prices are affordable. I had my pedicure and fill-in done here whenever I come and are very satisfy every time. They are very helpful with colors and designs if you ask. I usually are very picky about what colors I want and not and they are very helpful with that also. oh and they recently have eyelashes services too which I am looking forward to :). Overall, I would definitely recommended this place! I would go here all the times if I'd live closer like before. read more

I went to get gel polish with color change,I wrote gel polish on the sign in sheet.After I pay and leave a $9 tip only to find out I didnt get so much as a gel top coat,I was very upset. I told them thats what I wanted and the offer to change it but I did not have time.Just to top it off the polish does not change colors,I ran it under hot and cold water and nothing.My husband called and told them we want a refund and the guy replies"are you going to refund my time?" Also he told my husband he did not even look at the books where you sign in and state what you want.Wow just wow and he hung up on my husband. If it could not get any worse think about how disappointed my niece is that her nails dont change color either. I will definitely find a place with actual class to go. read more

I've been a customer for several years even after moving from the area I would still go back to have all of my manicures, pedicures, and eyebrows done even tho it was 15 miles out of my way despite the traffic as well. I went on a Wednesday night to be told were to busy to squeeze you in tonight can you come back tomorrow about the same time which was about 6:45pm, in which I did do after work driving once again 15 miles out of my way to have my nails done in which mind you I have drove past my exit and many nails salons as well to arrive as discussed the day before with KELLY at 6:45pm, to wait an hour which was exactly 7:45 to be told I wouldn't be able to get my nails done it was to late and they would be closing soon????? Never again will I ever return to this establishment again nor recommend as I have done in the past!!! 0 for customer service after 5+ years never again!! read more

I didn't catch the young lady name that's what I don't like when you can't catch their name nor do they introduced themself but overall she did a good job $30 for pedicure manicure and eyebrow wax. My pedicure has bubbles spots in it and she explain getting a regular pedicure with polish it will start chipping she suggests clear I deny I like color. she suggested clear gel. I've been going to CJ Nails for some years and my nail tech is Sandy and I always make a appointment with her, and she does a good job most of the time, except this last time I went she was kind of rushing on me because of another customer that did not even have a appointment with her, and she really wanted me to wait for 30 minutes until she finished her but I did not because I had the appointment and she didn't , but that was the only time I had a problem with her, other than that all is good. read more

The products that they use must be very cheap I paid $68 for my nails and the polish color changed to a dark brown and I had gotten white nails. They started popping off 6 days later. I usually go to allure and never have this problem. They suck and they are rude and ignore you most of the time. The pedicures aren't good either. They don't really do much but rub their hands and paint them but they down check if you need to cut them down or anything and they rush you out. IN GENERAL THEY SUCK. read more

Let me preface this by saying that I only came in for a pedicure. I waited over an hour ON A WEEKDAY....IN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY...and there were several people waiting behind me. After 72 minutes...and I counted...I witnessed three ladies get up and decide to go to lunch next door. Immediately after that, one of the ladies that had a manicure was done and at the register and decided that "now" she wants a pedicure. I expressed that I had been waiting over an hour and that this lady had been serviced already. They then asked...."Was she before you?". I agreed, but also noted that not only had she had been serviced (and was paying for finished services), but another person had left and that it was inconsiderate to leave all of the other customers there without addressing our concerns. She simply stated, "There are no chairs available." I stated, "It would have been courteous if you would have told me that 30 minutes ago. More than that...It would have been courteous if you would have told me that 15 minutes ago." She very rudely told me that if I didn't like it, I could leave. I DID! I promptly went to the restaurant of which the other ladies spoke and I told them exactly what happened. They, too, agreed not to patronize them either. If you value your dollar and your dignity, I hope you won't either. Clearly, they have no regard for a person's time or the money that they spend. Although their prices are good, I learned a good lesson a long time ago that I wish I would have adhered to....."Good shit not cheap....cheap shit not good!" read more
