They were extremely thorough, even getting to places previous cleaners did not like under the bed. They nicely packed items thrown around in bags for me to sort through which I really appreciate. When finished with each area they asked if I wanted to check the area first for anything missed, another thing I appreciated. They offered to take out trash bags at the end but I told them they did enough and sent them on their way :) They are definitely worth booking and are extremely thorough! There was also an old wind chime from the previous tenant and bird feeder that was caked with bird poop, I forgot to say to just toss it but she cleaned it as well and I am forever grateful. The place feels so much cleaner than previous. We were unable to get the high ceilings which were maybe 15-20ft higher which I don't blame them as their stick couldn't reach. I hired them to clean my son's new apartment because he was experiencing severe allergies that we could not locate immediately after moving in, even after steam cleaning the carpets twice. Sarah was promptly on time; and they give you a specific time, not a 2 to 3 hour window like some companies. She was also able to find fine cat dander on the window seals & kitty litter in the closets, even wiping down the walls of the unit; solving our mystery & problem in one visit. Getting on their calendar was a little challenging, presumably since many people were trying to schedule their voucher redemption. I was finally able to get a timeslot that worked. Because I needed to meet the crew during the day, and had to leave work to do so, I asked to be notified when they were headed to my apartment. While they did contact me, saying they were 30 minutes out, in fact it took them about an hour from that time to arrive. When the crew did arrive, they got straight to work and hit the two biggest areas of concern, in this case the kitchen and the bathroom. They worked quickly and efficiently, making the place cleaner than it had been in a long time. Maybe I'll actually get my deposit back. Often showed up late or didn't show. Destroyed the floor, which I'm finding will now cost about $1300 to replace. They "finished" on a Wednesday and said they'd come back to fix the floor. I told them I'd pay then, but he sadly asked if he could get paid then. Stupidly I paid them half and said they'd get the rest on Friday, and of course they called and said they couldn't come on Friday. At that point I realized they were so inept that I couldn't imagine them making anything better, so we cut our losses. So now we're out $1300 to replace the floor, another $200 to finish the sheet rock, plus the $600 we paid them. Never again. Avoid at all costs.

He texted me back a very attractive price, and we worked out his availability. I was super excited to go with him since the price was a bit lower than the competitors. But I wanted to speak to him on the phone to ask a couple of questions and work out a couple of details. It was getting late, so I told him I'd call the next day. The next day he did not answer the phone. I texted him to let him know I just needed a 5-minute phone call to confirm a couple details and we'd be good to go. He totally ghosted me, and didn't text or call back. When you're doing a renovation, price is of course important, but so is reliability. If you have to chase your contractors down and they are flaky with you, how can you trust that they will show up when scheduled? Or come back for the 2nd or 3rd day of work? I had too many other contractors lined up I wasn't willing to risk going with this guy. And ended up going with a company that was much more expensive, but was professional, showed up on time, and was eager to do the work.
