They viewed the house and quoted us $800. We verbally approved it. Then when the house was ready I called to schedule the cleaning and went over the expectations we had prior to listing the house for sale . Then they came back at $1,200+_. We felt against a wall to get the house ready and reluctantly agreed. They sent us a bill and told us they were finished. A few days later I looked at the house and notified them on some important areas that were missed. They said they would complete the following Sunday but didn't. Then they showed up after I contacted them again. One of the major items they did not clean well was the windows, a skylight that was missed, spider webs in the garage, and streaks in many windows and grout residue that looked like paint overspray. When I met them I was promised they would take care of all the issues. They stated they saw the grout issue and knew it was one of the issues they saw but failed to tell me about. I told them I would pay them now as they promised to come back to clean all the remaining items. As to the poor window cleaning, I didn't notice that till a few days later. When I called the husband of the lady I hired he made me feel like I was making things up vs offering to help out. I sent him pictures and he got defensive and rude. I let it go as to the windows. However, the rest of the items were never completed! When I asked when they were returning they asked me for paying them for the time they spent on finishing items they missed. I was unhappy and then the husband contacts me and made threats and accused me of harassment. I only wanted them to complete what I paid extra for. I actually hate leaving this note on yelp but thus person cares more about their being right than taking care of their customers , They left us feeling taken advantage of and ruined what could have been a positive yelp review. Unfortunately, I can't recommend a company so unprofessional that lacks the common decency to do what they were paid for !!! Nobody should be treated like this!

Home Spotless is a very poor value service. I have a single bedroom small cottage and a larger 2…read morebedroom cottage. This is in Boulder Junction. The service was arranged by phone. There were over 6 emails exchanged to try and provide cost estimate . Each appeared to be based on a time estimate and cost per hour. For example 6.5 hours for $290 or $44.61 per hour. All of the different estimates calculated to in the forties per hour range. The first day scheduled and over a 4 hr wait the cleaner didn't show up at all. Another cleaner was scheduled for the next day. We had to provide a credit card for a deposit. The next day the cleaner spent 1 hour on the small cottage. They charged my credit card $175 for it. The cleaner spent 2.75 hours on the larger cottage. They charged my card $250. When I called to dispute the $425 charged, I couldn't get through to anyone other than the call service. I was given an email address with home spotless but no actual person's name or a person to talk with. i requested a refund based on a charge of $50 per hour. Instead my charge was $113 per hour. The response indicated their price estimate was based on sq ft based on the number of rooms involved. I consider it a very expensive poor value service for the amount of work performed. Stay away.

Things to watch out for, and perhaps evaluate carefully before going into contract with them - multiple change orders. Prices will be added on unless you push back. At one point, we were quoted more because the artifical turf Sq ft was not measured right. I then had to measure the area myself to let them know that despite measuring wrong the actual area was still within the original footage ordered. - inability to adhere to code, and a lack of followups. They undercut quotes with offers of warranty, but are unable to follow up on good quality delivery of work. They were supposed to deliver on DG in our side yards, but this was installed well above the foundation. When asked to grind it down, they did so once, in a quick fire shabby way. They refuse to follow up on this, unless paid more. I would stay away, and strongly advise against going with this crew.
