Nekita and Tekiya (I could have Tekiya's name wrong- I apologize!!) were absolutely wonderful. All I needed was a mani/Pedi with no polish, natural nails, and a shiny buff finish and they both did an incredible job and I never felt pressured to add anything (a rarity these days). They were not only friendly but they were so knowledgeable as well. We spoke at length about te gel nail polish process (I used to get gel nail polish religiously) and Nekita was adamant that gel polish should only ever be a soak removal- never with a drill. Which is RIGHT but almost no places do it anymore because it isn't the quickest method. I was tempted to get gel again just because both women seemed so in tune with really good nail practices. I have layovers relatively often in the Atlanta airport and I will be making it a point to stop here every time I do. Amazing service and great quality of care. 10/10 recommend. read more

Overall I completely enjoyed this experience, mainly because of Alana. Even though we used the lowest tier massage chair, the service and hospitality made it feel genuinely worth it. Timing and convenience We came super early while waiting for our flight. It was around 5:00 a.m. so we could finish in time for a 7:00 a.m. departure. Having someone that welcoming at that hour is rare. Staff and service Alana was upbeat, joyful, and incredibly kind. She made the whole experience feel relaxing and fun, not transactional. She walked us through how to use the remote, checked in on comfort, and even offered towels to help create tighter leg compression when the chair squeeze felt too loose for us. She also took genuine interest in chatting with us, even asking about our cat, which was such a sweet touch. Massage chair The chair itself felt best suited for someone taller or bigger. The leg compression in particular wasn't as tight as I would have liked. Still, it was decent for a quick airport reset, and the towels trick helped. Shop items They also sell a few items in store. The signature scent is really nice, and the neck pillows looked pretty good too. Value For transparency, the price for us was $0 because we used a card membership benefit. Even so, I'd strongly recommend stopping by if Alana is there. She's the reason the experience stood out. Recommendation Highly recommend Alana. Located in Concourse B at Hartsfield-Jackson airport in Atlanta, the Be Relax Spa is part of the Priority Club network, categorized in their Rejuvenate and refresh section. Like most in this section, the included treatment is a 15 - 30 minute session in an automated massage chair. I had some time between flights, so stopped in to see what was offered. The attendant was very pleasant, and explained that the complementary treatment was on on their lower class massage chair, which was available. One can upgrade to the a 'better' chair for $9. I'm not one to spend money in an airport, but my massage here was HANDS DOWN THE BEST money I have ever spent at an airport. BLAIR is a breath of fresh air!! This Queen spoiled me and took out every single knot in my back. The massage she gave me was magnificent in every way. Relaxing, healing, thorough. I'm unfortunately writing to  inform of a very unfortunate experience at "Be Relax" in Terminal B at BDL involving an employee "Yoshi" - please see attached image.  I checked in for a foot experience with receptionist Kaylah Evans. I informed her that I was pregnant, and she was pleasantly confident in saying I could do the foot massage because the lounge chair, and that she had to inform me that massages are at risk of inducing labor (which is normal).  While waiting, I received a text that they could no longer accommodate me because of my pregnancy - please see attached screenshot. I returned to the desk in which Yoshi rudely informed me it was "against policy". I asked to see the policy and she said "she was not going to do that." I asked for her last name and she refused to provide it (even though the receptionist had her full name on her badge). Yoshi the aggressively told me that "she knows where it is but she isn't going to show me" and said I would have to return to talk to the manager.  In summary, I experienced: 1) pregnancy discrimination 2) discrimination in a public accommodation 3) pretextual denial 4) arbitrary refusal of service All without proof of policy, after previously committing to the service. I question the legality of this situation - what if was "not pregnant enough to show" - if it indeed is against the policy how would I know?  In conclusion, Yoshi was abrasive, unprofessional, and extremely rude. I would appreciate seeing proof of your anti-pregnancy policy (which I also could not locate on your website) that Yoshi so relentlessly enforced! read more

Let me set the scene. I'm a paraprofessional in an adaptive Special Education room, who began Spring Break 4 hours ago. I left Norfolk with a layover here in Atlanta. I get off at gate 23, and steps away just past Auntie Anne's is heaven... I mean Be Relax. My angel was standing outside while I checked the pricing and services offered. The next thing I know Joseph S. was ready to roll. I was seated in a separate area away from the main entrance. I opted for a 30min chair massage by him and then a foot massage afterwards for 20 minutes. Yes, I treated myself. I mean after all it is paraprofessional appreciation day.... I made it a week. After the chair massage I was dazed and then limped and wobbled back to the main area of Be Relax. My right leg went numb. It's ok, to me that means it was a good massage. Everything was fantastic. Pricing is actually pretty affordable. The services received were amazing. I've been needed both services for a while. Joseph was kind and always checking in. I sit here wondering if I can fit Joseph in my carry on so he can travel with me. Hehe he was amazing! The music was not too calming given the nature where we were, and airport.
