While I was there, a very entitled woman came in and was frustrated that no one there did hair (she wanted a blowout) - she was very rude but Candy handled it with kindness and grace. read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE My hair looks OKAY but to be honest the customer service was AWFUL! I walked in asking for a massage (masseuse was not available) and my hair straightened with a curl at the ends - Jessica helped me first and as i waited for the "manager" to come in and do my hair, i picked up some skincare to hold for when i checked out. After asking if I could sit somewhere and wait for the stylist/manager Jessica hardly looked in my face when she spoke and abruptly told me that there were no waiting areas - okay fine i could wait outside but don't be rude! Nekita finally arrives and calls me in (i was standing outside the spa) i told her i washed and dried my hair already and just wanted it straightened with a curl at the ends. She then proceeds to spray my naturally curly hair with water (at this point it was dry and semi straight) then starts recording me on her cellphone for her TikTok or wherever she was going to post that of my face and hair. She did NOT ask for my permission. I mean how disrespectful. I asked her politely to not record me please and she just stopped the recording - didnt even apologize. Started drying my now damp hair and then straightening it - did not curl the ends like i asked and honestly my 12 year old neice could have done a better job at using a straightened. Hahahaha WHAT A JOKE! Then when I'm checking out she's throwing my skincare items in the bag and barely communicating with me. I paid and still tipped her. Merry Christmas. Try not to be so miserable next time. Only friendly faces were the 2 other women who were standing outside and calling people in. Thanks for trying to make me feel better. Yes please I fell in love the the chair massage seat here. It has a ton of settings and it's zero gravity. I only had 15 minutes but I would have stayed longer It was an intense chair but they give you a remote so you have full control from head to toe.
