From the very first appointment, Dr. Lee has taken the time to truly listen to my concerns and understand my needs. He never makes me feel rushed and always explains everything clearly, making sure I'm comfortable with my treatment plan. Thanks to his expertise and care, my back has improved significantly. He is knowledgeable, compassionate, and genuinely invested in helping his patients feel better. It's clear that he cares about your recovery and overall well-being. I also want to recognize his wonderful receptionist, Allison. She is always friendly, welcoming, and incredibly easy to talk to. Scheduling appointments is simple, and she goes out of her way to make the entire experience smooth and stress-free.

I had tried physical therapy, acupuncture, cortisone injections and everything and this was my resort. because of the neck issues I was scared for a chiropractor who would make it worse. Doctor Klein spent 1hr taking a detailed history, and we started slow. I went on DRX, I started icing and using TENS daily. We did very light neck traction and activation for my neck since that's all I could manage at the time. After two months my pain levels reduced considerably and I could feel more mobility in my sciatic leg. The neck pain shifted from my arm to neck. I could turn my neck and finally the pain left. I ended up going for back surgery - laminectomy but recovered - having a successful back surgery is rare. I truly believe DRX contributed to my successful back surgery because scar tissue was broken. Doctor Klein is honest and dedicated towards making you feel better. He isn't after your money and his prices are very reasonable. I looked on yelp and through Kaiser to see if I could find someone closer. I started at another chiropractic office but he wasn't strong enough and suggested I find another doctor who could help me more. Luckily I found Dr. Flynn's office and I saw a couple photos and knew he'd be the guy who could help me. I called the office and after they checked my insurance coverage, the office manager, Jackie was able to get me into the schedule. They prefer you coming and picking up your paperwork before your appointment to ensure a timely schedule. I have now been seeing Dr. Flynn since August and he has helped me a lot. I'm now 8.5 months pregnant and still go in regularly because of my pain and stubborn body. He is very knowledgeable and has a fantastic attitude. Right away he makes you feel comfortable there and I enjoy every visit. Jackie is super sweet and helpful and the two of them make a great team. They are both very personable and actually enjoy talking with you and remember things about you. Another great feature is that before he adjusts you, he has you lay down with heat packs on to warm up your body. I've been to multiple chiropractors and no one has ever done that. It makes so much sense! He is a very busy man and his schedule is usually always full, but I have never felt rushed during my appointment. He is also friendly and spends quickly time with you. He's so good in fact, my husband is now also seeing him. He offers other services such as ultrasound and I'm hoping to get that done one day. I just have to bring up the aesthetic of the office. It's like stepping into the 80's/90's and I love it! The posters, tv, pictures, and set up is a blast from the past but makes me feel right at home. It's a vibe that I respect and he can rock it! I also appreciate how clean it is in the office. They have you use hand sanitizer right when you come in and they disinfect the office regularly. Long Long overdue review - I first came to chirosport in 2019 after a misdiagnosis (potential…read moredegenerative disc disease) and was desperate for relief from what eventually was discovered to be sciatica. As a rec league hooper/softball player, I was miserable and considering retirement. I had never experienced chiropractic care, so I was a bit skeptical but willing to try anything. After the course of about 4 months and maybe 6-8 adjustments (sorry I can't remember exactly) and I have been practically pain free. Now disclaimer: doc is absolutely amazing and emailed me some great stretches that I still routinely do to keep my sciatica away or minimal so managing my pain has been a long term commitment that I am happy to do. Fast forward to 2025, I've since picked up golf which comes with a whole new set of aches/pains and I revisited Chirosport due to some nagging neck and shoulder numbness/pain that I couldn't shake. aAfter a few sessions and I am pain free (well, as much as an active 43 year old can be) and I've now incorporated a monthly visit for wellness care. *Bonus- book a pressure point massage after your adjustment that is offered on site on select days with Mike! My only wish is that they offered longer sessions -- the 30-minute massage feels like a tease because it's that good! The only downside is that the clinic doesn't offer many massage-only package options. Currently, you have to combine chiropractic care and other modalities to book a massage with Mike. It would be amazing if they offered more flexible massage-only packages, as I would definitely come even more often.

I had sticker shock for sure-the plan I was offered was a package that is paid up front without insurance (and then, when it's complete, I can submit for reimbursement). The program includes spinal decompression, lumbar flexion, e-stim, hot laser treatment, and chiropractic adjustments, several times a week. To be clear, that may not be everyone's path for treatment--I got the impression that a fair amount of people had more traditional treatment plans. I took the leap, and I'm grateful I did. Eight weeks later, my pain is resolved. In addition to the skill and effectiveness of the treatment, I also want to shout out the whole team for their kindness, warmth and friendliness. When I was feeling so worn down by the pain, it was quite lovely to have these kind people greeting me by name, welcoming me, tending me to my comfort.
