Because of not having wax it is kept in the refrigerator for up to 6 months. It only takes about a minute for it to be ready to eat if you can wait that long. My favorite flavors are espresso sea salt and espresso orange liqueur. I do warn you that after eating this chocolate you will be addicted and spoiled for any other.
