We had been shopping for a NEW Keystone Bullet travel trailer and had visited numerous RV dealerships in Orange County and Riverside County. During my search I searched on Craigslist and RV Trader for the specific model we were looking for. I was surprised to see the model we wanted show up at a local USED RV dealership in Stanton. We called and initially spoke to Robert and he confirmed they still had the trailer. We made arrangements to go in and see it. Robert wasn't available the day we came in, but Misha was. The trailer was immaculate and a huge savings compared to a new one. We settled on a price and made arrangements to come back and pick it up. On the day we picked it up, we met with Robert. He did the walk through with us and helped my husband set up the trailer hitch (they had used ones available!), spending probably 2 hours with us. We are so happy with the new trailer and the experience working with Robert and Misha was great. Beware of these guys!!!! They make deals and then cancel the deals by text message when they decide they want more money. Beware of anyone who's word isn't worth the paper it's written on. Deal was ok'ed by boss and have text to verify that and when I was wanting to give a deposit the salesman said they operate by a hand shake, that's a joke. They cancelled the deal by a text didn't even have the courage to call me, and it was all over the boss being greedy and wanting to make more money even though it had been approved by the boss. A couple of weeks ago I was looking for a used motorcycle, something that's in a good shape and as original as possible, and then I ran across an ad on the craigslist posted by what turned out to be RV and a trailer dealer. Went here to check out a trailer and the sales staff talks a good talk but when you really get down to the nitty gritty and give things a close look you see that the product they are selling is not what they saying it is. To me this is just another small dealership selling a product to try and make money and will say what ever they have to sell something if its true or not. When you've done your homework and shopping for a used rv, you won't find a better deal or cleaner rig. Their onsite mechanic is from one of the big guys in town and performs all the safety checks. The detail from shampooing all the interior to polishing the appliances makes every rig here ready to go and get on a trip. Wife and I spent our time researching a class c and knew what we wanted. They didn't have exactly what we were looking for but called us when they got one in about six weeks later. Unfortunately we had already purchased one but went and took a look at what they got in and we were sorry we didn't wait. The rig was newer and cheaper by several hundred dollars. My brother purchased an RV from Gordon at Sport Auto in May 2015. After looking for an older RV on RV trader and Craigslist and all over the US, I finally found what I was looking for at Sport Auto RV. During my search, I had narrowed it down to 4 models, all in the general area, so I drove over from Las Vegas to check out 4 different RV dealerships in California. Well, after 3 strikes, I was out of there and then I found these guys. Robert and Misha were professional, personal, and really just nice, friendly easy to talk to guys. They didn't treat me like shady used car salesmen like the other RV lots I had been to. They knew their products, Robert walked me through all of the service and what the coach had been put through so that it was ready for the road. We negotiated a price that both of us thought was fair, and made the deal. After the deal was done, Robert did a complete walk-through with me and demonstrated all of the features of the coach. So I flew out the next week, they had it washed up and ready to go, I started it up and drove back to Vegas and it cruised just like a new one! This is my 6th motorhome. It is the oldest, cheapest, and smallest of all of the others. And you know what, I like this one the best!
