So far it has worked out great. I also like that the facility opened in September 2025 (which was when we first joined) so it's still new and things are still kept clean. I like that my daughter gets to swim with different instructors every now and then because I believe each one has their own techniques and way of swimming that might click for some kinds and not others. The only way to know is to actually try it! My daughter knows how to swim now but we still go here every week so that she can work on her form and technique. Anissa is by far the best instructor we've ever had. She is on a whole different level! She pays incredible attention to detail. Thanks to her detailed coaching, we are already seeing great results in such a short period of time. She is incredibly friendly, professional, and amazing at what she does. An extra bonus: my child told me that the instructors constantly exchange feedback and advice with each other. My kids are 6 and 7…read moreyears old, both know how to swim, and charging $47 for a 30-minute group lesson is extremely expensive, especially considering the quality of instruction. In some sessions, the instructors didn't even get in the water with the children, which significantly reduced the value of the lessons. To make matters worse, the website was confusing, and when I registered, I genuinely believed the price was half of what it actually was. By the time I realized the mistake, the classes had already ended. I have since found a private instructor who charges less while providing far more personalized instruction. Overall, I was very disappointed with the experience and would not recommend this program to other families.

I got a chance to play a match on Wednesday night at the Jack Kramer Club! It's a fantastic…read morefacility with top notch tennis courts. The lights were bright, so it was a pleasure to play there at night. The courts were medium in speed. The team we played against had many ex-USC varsity tennis players on it. The JKC team is headed by the men's USC tennis coach, Peter Smith! There's a small pro shop as you walk in the front door, then there's a nice size swimming pool (looked like an Olympic size pool). The club has a large locker room. Also, the tennis facility had a lot of lessons going on and it looked like they had a very good junior tennis program. I would love to play at the club more often if I was a member or lived in the area. Tennis is the best sport! Xie Xie!!
