We have been treated like family over the years - our children feel safe and known by their teachers and any questions or requests to the administration or teachers have been promptly and thoughtfully addressed. Our oldest child and middle school graduate, who now attends public high school, feels like she was well prepared academically and personally by teachers who challenged her to think critically and by expectations to be kind and respectful. Awful experience with head coach DeAnne Preyer assisting my daughter with disappearance from…read moremothers home. As problems arose within our family DeAnne felt as if she was some sort of guidance counselor or parenting protector of sorts by aiding my daughter in hiding from her parents amid this family situation. When asked if DeAnne knew the whereabouts of my daughter she lied and said no although she was present inside of her apartment. The sheriffs department had to get involved and a police report was filed regarding the incident involving DeAnne. To my recollection swim coach is a swim coach, not a guardian, not a alternate parent, not some other family's decision maker. These actions will be met with legal action in the end and hopefully this program and coaches can learn to swim in their own lane not other peoples.

Marshall is so patient and thoughtful with his development plans, building strong foundations of good technique and then increasing from there as appropriate.
