I renovated one house before hiring him. He gave it back to me with every door kicked in, ceiling collapsed and the roof was rotted out. If Mike "manages" your property it might cost $30,000 in repairs when he returns it to you. Don't expect him to do anything that actually requires work on his part. Learn from my mistake, find somebody who will actually protect your real estate asset.

My only complaint about the condo is that the garage door was broke but it's not the owners or pbh's fault, a tornado came threw and messed up everyone's garage door in the villa.

At no point before check-in did the property management agency disclose this major issue, despite clearly knowing it would significantly impact guests' stay. This felt extremely misleading. Beach access was a primary reason we chose this property, and had we known the beach was closed, we would have booked elsewhere. Instead, we spent our vacation dealing with disappointment, inconvenience, and wasted money. What made the experience worse was the agency's lack of transparency and poor communication. A closure of this magnitude should absolutely be disclosed prominently before booking -- not left for guests to discover after they arrive. The property itself may have been acceptable, but withholding critical information about the closed beach completely overshadowed the experience. I would not book through this agency again and would caution future travelers to ask detailed questions before reserving. We were never offered to be moved to any other properties . We were told a manager had left for the day and someone would call and get back to us.We found a wonderful place in Navarre Beach is where we will be going from now on. We had a wonderful time inspire of all the delays and trouble but we did miss out of 2 days on the beach .

My wife and I happened to stop by the house after being told it was ready for another set of tenants. The yard was in awful shape. The backyard had never been mowed and looked like a forest. We hired a yard crew to come in and fix it. Barron's never said anything about the yard being in bad shape. Our second set of tenants moved in and stayed for 1.5 years. This is when Barron's failed us. During the move out, we were informed by Barron's that the house would be returned to us in as good a condition as when we turned it over to them. When we were finally given the keys, we were told by Barron's to find anything we thought was in need of repair and to get back to them. Uh, what? Isn't that part of the check out process? I paid Barron's to manage my property, not task me with finding issues after we took control of the property. Anyway, we were told by a Barron's employee that the house was good to go. Upon entering the house for the first time, we found the house was a mess. The carpets had been cleaned, but the rest of the house was in terrible shape. Worst part, the whole house reeked of cigarette smoke. We had to hire a professional yard crew and professional house keepers to get the property back to where it was. We also had to pull out carpet to be replaced because the previous tenant's pets destroyed it and it was holding cigarette smell. It has been a month and we are still trying to get the odor out. We have spent over $2000 to fix our house after entrusting it to Barron's Property Management. On the plus side, the employees were always available to me when I called and were pleasant to talk to.
