We especially appreciated how Dr. Knapp included our 7-year-old son in the conversation about his care plan by directing loads of attention to him. He was personable and explained everything very clearly. We were impressed by the office in general which had very intentional thought and planning. The office includes high-tech equipment, a bright and airy atmosphere, and a waiting room that feels more like a comfortable living room. Our son loved his complimentary slushie from an in-house slushie machine which alleviated some anxiety. We recently went to get his spacers/separators in this last week and will get his expander put in on Monday. We look forward to a smooth and easy experience! I was expecting maybe four months. It's going to be more like seven. I don't care. I was done paying my orthodontist in Tampa off. I now owe 30% down plus my monthly payment of 135. They did not do a credit check. Some other payment plans may be different but they seem pretty flexible. They do not take care credit. The office staff was SUPER friendly. They seem flexible on hours. I'm excited to start my treatment and will update accordingly.

It was a ten minute appointment that turned into ninety as Dr. Heinz really took the time to see what was wrong with my bite. However, I still wish I never got the braces. My bite fit better before braces and without the need to reshape multiple teeth. Again this is specific to my case in which I only wanted minor changes but ended up getting a lot more. Again being fair, Dr. Heinz is incredibly kind and gracious with his time. He heard and addressed my issues. Dr. Heinz listened to my complaints and genuinely cared about my concerns rather than just brushing them off like Dr. Kruse did.
