While the vehicle was in their care, Greg backed it into another parked car, causing what appeared to be a minor dent. She initially did not want to file an insurance claim. After heavy rain shortly after, the car developed significant water intrusion in the rear. The dealership later confirmed body damage but advised the issue would be difficult to repair due to the water-related nature of the damage. Regardless of whether the water intrusion is ultimately determined to be related, the shop has refused to provide insurance information for the damage that occurred while the car was in their care, despite repeated requests from both my mother and her insurance company. The lack of transparency and accountability made this situation far more stressful than it should have been.

This summer she had a serious failure which dictated a trip on a roll-back for evaluation. After a day or 2 of extensive diagnosis, they found that it had a failed turbo with an impeller making very minor housing contact (only at temp). Turbo replaced as well as some other needed work and she was out-the-door at a cost MUCH LESS than the local dealer (who thru this service we STRONGLY SUSPECT was NOT changing oil as requested as the oil was broken down and led to a low oil-pressure) who we now will NEVER TRUST. Jack the owner went out-of-his-way during this process and even gave me his cell in the event that we needed anything. Subsequent visits have only made this Dad & gearhead trust and love him more. Yes he's a New Englander and you expect that - duh. Understand him, work with him, and if you can't trust him and his shop it's likely YOUR issue and not his! Oh - he also has a guru of a ECU / computer / electrical tech who also teaches at MIT. He's got talent here who can flat be trusted.

The worst repair shop…read moreever.To have an elderly lady being taken for a holy ride.Charging twice for the same Computer ,which she was told if anything goes wrong it would be under Warranty even tho it was purchased from a junk yard. Keeping her car tied up for two weeks and then having to hire another Mechanic to fix the problem , since the Mechanic at Farco was unable to do so. On top of all this drama she was charged an additional $500 .The first charge for this so called replacing of the Computer she paid in full CASH.So be aware!!!!
