The dentist refused to do anything to help and told me I not only need a new crown but and implant and then a crown on top of that knowing my insurance doesn't cover this he didn't seem to care, the ole mighty dollar is all that matters to this dentist. He told me I could find a school or something of that sorts that would be cheaper for me. I have canceled all my appts. I have never been to a place who would not even try to help someone and money was all that mattered to them. I would not waste my time, energy or my hard earned money on this place of business.

Twice in the last three years I have received both texts and emails reminding me of an up and coming appointment. After arriving I'm told I was not on their schedule. I was scheduled for an appointment on June 9th 2026 at 9:30AM. The week prior, a crown came off a back moler. I replied back to the reminder text regarding the issue. They immediately called and suggested I arrive at 9:00 rather than 9:30 in order for Dr. Fox to evaluate his repair. When I arrived this morning, I was told I was not on the schedule to be seen. The young lady gawked at the computer screen. Then looked up and said. "How about July 28th"? I explained my situation and she was clueless of what to do. After I said I'd go to another dentist, another young lady looked up and came to help MS Clueless. She was much brighter. She offered the next day June 10th at 9:00AM. I thanked her and asked her to schedule the appointment. Later in the day, I received both email and text reminders. The email came with an apology. Once Dr. Fox completes the repair, I'm not sure I'll ever return. I own my my own business and inefficieny is never allowed from my employees.

I went into see Dr. Fox about some swelling and pain in my tooth and because he is a great listener he found an abscess in the very back part causing the swelling in the pain. He listened. It seems the doctors have all kinds these days are in a bit of a hurry but Dr. Fox was not. He was patient and did everything to try to resolve the issue and I am so please. Thankfully so, because I needed a root canal. Dr Palmer was amazing. Actually, the whole staff was - from the receptionist to his assistant (Lauren? sorry - in a lot of pain). Anyway, Dr Palmer explained everything very well, they took great care to ensure I felt no pain - and I felt none. They put a movie on and I had head phones to listen. Very accommadating. He has no tolerance for people who have a gagging problem. When I questioned his work, he brushed me off. Front desk lady is very abrupt and does understand that people have lives and we work for a living. It's hard to take time off from work, go to see him and he doesn't do anything, but make another appointment. Then I have to take more time off from work.

I kept having pain after some time, seemingly biting or chewing was painful. I returned to have it checked and the filling was too high causing my teeth to hit together. More time passes & a crown cannot be placed because of pain issues. I was urged by the dentist to have a second treatment on the same tooth. After that the pain after second one was excruciating for weeks. However months later still have burning sensation & aching in the tooth, even the gum area there is sore now. Dr. Paul never seemed to actually consider my pain is very real just says it looks good from her perspective. I am still in pain and very dissapointed at my entire experience.
