There were only two registers open and they were also training new employees whish added to the delay. There is no customer service counter either. The parking lot flow is one way only which makes the line to get out of the plaza ridiculous.

Very low shelving allows a long and wide visual from the entrance to the back of the store. All the major brands of shoes are sold here except the styles are usually two versions behind, therefore, the price are not high retail. DSW also offers a Fit Finder machine by Aetrex that you stand on and it detects your foot size to assist customers in an easier shoe shopping experience.
