I had the misfortune of coming here today. They have blocked off so many more parking spots for people going to pick up their orders. I did that once and you have to remain with your car. You can't go in the store to get your order. Only two of the maybe fifteen spaces were occupied with customers waiting for their orders Meanwhile, I parked at the end of the parking lot in the blazing sun. They certainly have a lot to choose from which is a real positive. I wish I made pizza from scratch because they look like.they have some authentic Italian dough. They also have a soccer ball type of Coke container. I haven't seen that before. I just came here for a kitchen item that only Walmart and another store sell. They have maybe a dozen self checkout lanes but only have five open. They also have two cashiers in regular lanes. The self checkout lane was super long but I waited. Every customer seemed to have some sort of issue. Tne employee had to run around and was stressed. I had a couple Walmart gift cards but I overestimated how much I had on them so I still owed money. I tried using Google Pay and they do not accept it!! How can a store of this magnitude not accept Google Pay? It boggles my mind. I actually had to pay cash which I never do but forgot my credit card. I will stick to Target where things are more customer friendly. read more

This Cooper City Walmart is always well stocked. It's one of three Walmarts in the local area and I stop in from time to time. I like their garden center better than most. It's great for mulch and plants for the garden. I like that this store has a touch of country to it. They sell some items that you would find at. Feed and supply store. That reminds me of where I grew up in rural Massachusetts. There always seems to be plenty of cashiers and self check out lanes so the wait to pay isn't too bad. The only downfall for ME is the parking lot. It's hard getting in and out of this store. read more

I'm a Target gal through and through. I only go to Walmart when I am looking for something specific. Theres a big difference in the whole vibe between Target vs Walmart. A friend said it's the Walmart lights and tall shelving. On this specific visit, I was able to take my time browsing and was shocked at how many cool finds there were. At Walmart!!! Snagged a few cool food brands I've wanted to try before. Someone just told me about the Gordon Ramsey Beef Wellington Bites and they are surprisingly good. Found the Stranger Things Scoops Ahoy ice cream I've seen advertised before but never able to find in an actual store. Scored several cool items all in all. My favorite cool find was hands down the Fancy Edible Glitter packets. Just sprinkle powder into any drink or cocktail of choice and it makes your drink shimmer. Makes about 20 glittery drinks for $10. Can't wait to try this! Target is still my #1 and I don't think Walmart will ever be able to compete on the same level...but I will say that I am pleasantly surprised at Walmart lately on their selections. I will also add that it's true that Walmart prices are less expensive than Target or anywhere else so that's a bonus! read more

On a Monday right after work, only 3 self check out lanes open. Lines as backed up as could be. The self checkout clerk standing around doing nothing and refuses to open more lanes despite the many people standing around. read more

Located on the busy corner of Flamingo and Griffin, this Walmart is generally a more calm one to go to. Their curbside pick up dept is usually pretty efficient as long as you check in and let them know you are on your way. Return lines are generally not more than 2-3 people ahead of you. The store is usually stocked well and not in disarray as some other locations can be. There can sometimes be longer lines but that may be due to the fact of fewer lines open with actual people running registers. Staff can sometimes be hard to find but in general this is a good location to visit. read more

This Walmart saved my day, specifically Ana in the bakery! I recently ordered a custom cake from another Walmart, and when they cancelled 24 hours before the cake was supposed to be ready I was in a panic to get another. This bakery team was super nice and understanding and fit me in for the next morning. I really had no idea Walmart even made custom cakes, and this troll's pull apart cupcake cake was adorable. The kids loved it. Also, the ease of shopping when I went to go pick up the cake was nice for a Saturday morning. Self checkout was a breeze. I've been going to this Walmart for many years & there's never been any issues. As far as Walmart's go, it stays well stocked, the workers will help you if you ask & the prices are decent. Whenever I visit, the sections are kept organized, although things can get thrown around if you're shopping during busy hours. This location does well at keeping their shelves filled with products & if they're out of something they usually replace it within a reasonable time. If you're familiar with Walmart you know they carry brand name products, as well as their own & they have plenty to offer here. In recent years they've started making self-checkout a common thing but if that's not your style they still have a few cashiers available at any time. Like with most Walmart's, the parking lot is massive so finding a spot is never an issue. It's clean here, the employees have good attitudes & there's always a nice variety of product no matter where you check. Although I can't always find what I'm looking for here, it usually has no problems providing what I need. It's a great location to have as your go-to store. read more

This is a nice big Walmart with a good staff working here. I needed to find a few items and one of the workers took the time to tell me which aisle to go to. Sometimes I have asked similar questions and the staff barely know what I am talking about, let alone, tell me which aisle to go to. Their nuts and trail mix section had a large variety of options to choose from. I personally like the self checkout lanes, they move quickly and there are lots of them. This Walmart has a great pharmacy. The pharmacists really take the time to talk about whatever the patient has a question about. I do wish they would have more cashiers on the lines. It seems as if self checkout is taking over. When there is a cashier, the line is so long. This Walmart has some Chichi drinks that I really enjoy. They also have a great selection of ice cream. They sell Mrs. Meyers cleaning products which are fantastic. I also like how this Walmart seems to have more employees to help compared to some of their other stores. Never enough, but more than usual. Their pricing is very competitive overall. read more

This Walmart has for sure become one of the only Walmart's that I do not mind going to. There is always a nice amount of parking spaces open, whether it be during the week or weekend, and the size of this Walmart is just right that you don't have a ton of people flocking towards it like some of the other Walmart's that are the size of warehouses. The workers here are usually nice to you and will attempt to help you find the products you are asking for, however most of the time they kind of give you a generic area to look for and keep walking before you can ask a follow-up question to them. I usually am able to find the products I am looking for and the array of new products I find each time I come here makes it fun for me because I get to see new products that usually interest me and I end up getting them. Good prices here, basically the lowest around, and they price match! read more

If I could give minus stars I would! I have been sitting in the WalMart pick up area for one hour and 25 minutes waiting for a small order. Cars that pulled in after me have received their groceries and left. When I arrived, there were NO spots available because there are cars parked with nobody in them! An hour and a half and I am still sitting here! I tried to ask one of the workers how much longer it would be? He spoke NO English! WTF is wrong with this picture?! read more

Had a very positive experience with the ordering online and delivery to the car today! First time trying it- I know: this was made for the pandemic but I never used the service. All products were delivered correctly, I did not have to go fishing through the aisles for them and service to the car upon arrival was prompt. I informed them of arrival directly on the app in my phone. My only issue is that one cannot modify the order if you're within 3 hours of your chosen pick up time. I ordered at 11 pm for a 11 am pick up. I noticed I forgot something and wanted to add it to the order at 9 am... sorry: cannot modify order, not even for a later pick up! So I would've had to go twice (I forgot the milk!) so instead I accepted by order and quickly went inside to get the milk.... Next time I will set a later pick up time, say 2 pm, and that way I will be able to modify order until 10:59 am and add whatever I forget. Just keep that in mind when using this free service! read more

This is a Walmart, if you have been to one before you know what to expect. It has a lot of checkout stations which is nice so idk what all the low ratings are for. They are a little short on parking I guess. I like going here because my wife hates it and they have a decent selection of fishing equipment. If you have never been to a Walmart before hold onto your hat cuz this place will blow your mind!!! If you are in the need of basic household cleaner, legos, paper products, or any low cost item of questionable quality they have it. Walmart is a warehouse disguised as a store. Always get in trouble at this store as I find most of the stuff I'm looking for . Today it was the soy ramen soup at 20 cents a bag and of course those feral cats want their wet and dry food . These cats have three meals a day and they aren't even my cats . I only have one cat that has many friends. The produce department is always plentiful . Love the acorns and romaine lettuce . They even have kombucha . Today I even found Clorox wipes they were at the customer service area only two per person and of course the price has gone up. Large Walmart store with a busy parking lot. The store seems a bit dated, not as bright and somewhat claustrophobic in certain areas of the store. However, it is organized and the shelves are well stocked. They also have some self check out lanes. I was recently on the hunt for a particular item at Walmart I couldn't locate at other area stores I visited. I went online and found the item at this store. Fearing the item would disappear before I got there to purchase it, I ordered it online for in-store pick-up. I went to their customer service area the next day with my printed paid receipt in hand and the process was seamless. The customer service person was polite and efficient. I asked for help reaching something on a high self and no one came to help so I climbed up to get it myself. I then needed help looking for an item, they said they'll send someone for that department and no one came. Upon self check out 8 out of 10 plastic bags were tearing and breaking so I just placed my paid for items loose in the cart. When putting the groceries into my vehicle, the cheap thin plastic bags continued to break and tear so I placed the loose groceries in my car. Then one bag really broke and the oj slammed to the asphalt and blew up like a bomb, my entire left side of my body was covered in oj. People walking by and staring/gasping (no one offered to help me). I tried calling the store from my car and no one answered. I spotted an employee in the parking lot and he brought me a new replacement oj in a double bag. Walmart fix your crap bags!!!!!!!!! read more

This place is very deserted in terms of employees. I was in Electronics for almost 10 minutes in order for the associate I asked to page someone to actually do so. After someone finally shows up, the associate who originally comes, starts helping all the new people who came after me. Then after trying his attention, he's unsure where the item is that I'm inquiring about. Another (probably an actual Electronics) team member comes over. Located the item and walks to the photo section. Barely speaking. I wait again to get his attention to purchase the item. To find out they don't price match their own website. He informs me I'll have to purchase it only then pick the item up at their Guest Relations section. I go online and purchase, to discover that there is an hours long wait to pick the item up. The item that's right in my hand. The one I drove a few cities over to retrieve. I wonder if it was a way for me to suffer for wanting to take advantage of a sale for Mother's Day. Thankfully I remembered that Target does price match. I don't know why I have some loyalty to Walmart. The main reason this isn't a 1 is because the store did provide a gift card for my very frustrating experience. I know how hard it is to work in retail/customer relations, but communication is key. read more

This Walmart is probably why I hate all Walmarts. Dirty and unorganized. Employees are not helpful at all. If there are even any employees. Their customer service area is closed randomly so can never rely on going here for any sort of returns/exchanges. Parking lot is also very tiny. Your car will most likely get scratched/bumped. Okay so Walmart is not one of the top rated places to shop but we all still go here lol. This location used to be the one I shopped at years ago. My friend got out of work at 2am so we would do our shopping then (back when they were all open 24 hours). This was the only Walmart in the area actually back then. Since the Davie location opened, I have not been here until recently. I stop here when my store does not have something in stock and I happen to pass by. The handful of times I recently visited, this location did not have what I wanted in stock. This location is actually smaller than other Walmart's I have been to. The parking lot is also a nightmare. To be fair, the last time I visited was preparation for Dorian so you can only imagine how chaotic it was in the store. I went out of my way to come here because the app listed this store as having water available. There was not one bottle. Again, not sure if it was the app or lack of the employees stocking up properly. The aisles in this store are very narrow and it feels like everything is compacted in this store. I am not sure if it has always been like this because I used to go after 2am when it was nice and quiet. Usually they are pretty well stocked and the staff does their jobs unlike other locations I have been to. I wish they went back to being 24/7. read more

This is a good Walmart from the stuff they have but oh my god is the service actually the worst. Today I went with my mother to Walmart to pick some stuff up and get things for a birthday party. While my mom was getting fabric in the crafting section so forgot her phone there. She ran from the aisle we were in back to the crafting section. When she saw it wasn't there she was worried and asked an employee. They called someone else and they said the lost and found didn't have anything. They told us to go to customer service so we did. The man there his name was Peter or something. He had us waiting for around 10 minutes. After he started to walk we followed behind him. He didn't say a single thing to us the entire time. Then he just stops and talks to his friend or something so we waited around 3 minutes. Then he brought us to the lost and found and handed us the phone still without saying a word. I personally have never had a bad problem at this Walmart but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Half the time when I ask someone where an item is they have no idea where it is and don't try to help they just answer with an "I don't know". Also the workers should watch their language because I have heard them cursing to each other while they are placing items on shelves and there have been children around. Other than those negatives there isn't anything else, the place is clean and aside from the occasial misplaced item it is all stocked nicely and where the items should be. They have really great prices on all sorts of different items and when it comes to the holidays, they have ample amount of items to choose from so you don't run out of ideas. read more

I'm not sure where to start with this Walmart, I feel like most Walmart's are pretty consistent across the board if they have decent management. So I'll start off with cleanliness, for the most part it's a pretty clean store, you don't have things flung all over the floor or misplaced. Although, there's always pallets of things in the aisles, it's like they're always doing stock. They do keep their shelves stocked semi well, but there's always an occasion where you're looking for something and they don't have it. Now the staff is hit and miss, in my opinion, there's a handful of really good people in there that are truly helpful and the rest seem to be there for just the paycheck portion, which is fine, I get it. They do offer the online order where you can go pick it up or you can park in those designated spots and have them bring it out to you. Overall, it's a Walmart, it's not the greatest Walmart I've been to but it serves its purpose for me. read more

Horrible employees at this Walmart with the Best Pharmacy around. The girls in the pharmacy are great, I've been coming here since it opened years ago. The rest of the store is HORRIBLE, they haven't gotten any new shipments of men's wrangler jeans and Hanes or Fruit of the Loom underwear and undershirts,,, there is a lot of empty shelves in this Walmart, if you go to the one in Cooper City they always keep there shelves stocked and have all sizes of men's clothes,, Pharmacy is not as good as the Davie one though. Davie Employees are Rude or don't speak English at all, I've also come and saw employees that just don't do anything at all. read more

This store is not your typical Walmart. Very clean spacious clean. Never crowded. Always staffed with attentive people.

I think this was the first time I was at this Walmart where I actually had a decent experience. Usually when I'm here, most the people who work here look miserable and the customer service is awful. If you have to ask where something is they just point over to a general area and say something like "over there I think" or "I don't know". Since I work for a company that prides itself on customer service, this is just so annoying to me.. the customer definitely doesn't come first at the store. read more

HORRIBLE curbside pickup service. Sat in spot for 1.5 hrs after I was notified order was ready - no communication about how long I would need to wait. Kept thinking my order is next, otherwise I would've cancelled and shopped myself and been home! NO concern whatsoever with many customers expressing complaints about their wait time. ONE poor guy bringing out orders. I've done curbside pickup for 2 years now and it's become a horrible experience with this store. This place needs a new manager. read more

My mom went there to pay a bill and as told they do not accept checks that have written words, only print. My mom told them she would print next to what she wrote out and the service customer rep said no. She also went on to state that it is the policy of Cooper City Walmart not to accept any written checks. We went down the road to another Walmart who didn't have any problem accepting payment from my mother Very embarrassing for Cooper City Walmart that employees can't read something that is written. read more

Drivers text you half ass messages about being lost in spanish hours after order was due. even corporate office calling this store on your behalf does not encourage them to pick up the phone or deliver orders. Never shopping there again. As I was self checking cause that's all they had I felt like someone was standing behind me. It took awhile as I had 400.00 worth of stuff I get stopped by an employee to watch the video of me scanning my stuff. As the realize they were wrong and everything was paid for not even an apology. I said something to the manager and said ring it up yourselves and I won't have to be profiled as stealing he said have a good day. Now I will spend my money somewhere else read more
