Returned five (like) items to Bealls Villages #351 this morning. "Assisted", and I use that term loosely, by a woman who identified herself as the manager. She spent most of the transaction loudly disparaging the employee who had initially rung up the sale because one of the five (like) items had been obviously priced incorrectly at the time of purchase, and he rang it up at the same price as the other four. Among her remarks was the rhetorical question "do you see how much work he made for me?". As a Bealls customer for over 30 years, I do not care to listen to a manager's rant. As a human being and retired manager myself, I found her remarks about a fellow employee dehumanizing, demeaning, offensive and unprofessional, not only towards him, but also towards me, the customer. That store is understaffed and there are often long lines of customers waiting in line for the cashiers. Shame on Bealls for allowing a manager to act in this manner, either publicly at the cash register in front of a customer or in private with an employee. Do better, Bealls Villages #351. And yes, I called her out on it. read more

This store was SO organized. Very busy! Easy to see the departments and a lot of space to get around others. Definitely crowded fitting rooms. People were waiting in line. Cash register lines weren't bad though. Prices are great. read more

My husband and I stopped by here at 545 PM and the store closed at 6pm and as soon as we entered we were greeted with we close in 9 minutes you have 9 minutes. So my husband asked about a comforter and she went off on him and said we are an outlet store not an actual store and we are closing and we still had 10 minutes before 6. So he left and I bought 2 things and she would not stop talking about how that store is an outlet store not an actual store. Made us very very unwelcome there. Will never ever shop there AGAIN!!!!! read more

The store has a long way to go to become acceptable! The store manager, Trevor and he's extremely young and inexperienced. He has a cocky attitude towards his customers and doesn't understand the concept of being polite and courteous to your customers to keep them coming back. Since I've continually had problems I've asked for the general manager. Her name is Jessica and supposedly she'll be in on Sunday and I do plan on following up. My advice would be go to another outlet. read more

I don't think a single person greeted me, asked if I needed assistance, or said goodbye. Very average store and for an outlet the prices are higher than I anticipated. read more

I just tried to shop at this store only to find the dressing rooms so disgusting that I would not even stand on the filthy floor. I spoke to the store manager who claimed that they were understaffed and the dressing rooms get swept once a day. Well look at the photos I just took there and you know this dressing room hasn't been cleaned in a long while. I took pictures and tried to call their corporate headquarters only to be placed on hold for over 20 minutes before giving up. Being a discount store is no excuse for being filthy. It is disrespectful to customers to ask them to try on clothing in a filthy booth, not to mention the slipping hazard posed to elderly customers by plastic size tags littering the floor in the dressing room and also in the main aisles of the store. I got on Yelp today to complain about the dressing rooms but see it's already been said. I agree with Therese S review! I took pictures as well because I have never seen such a disgusting example of a dressing room in any retail establishment. The funk in the corners has been there for a long time...its been waxed over, setting it in place. I must disagree with review by Tracey N.... I shop this store regularly and Trevor has always been nothing but professional and courteous to both my friends and I. We even talked about him at lunch...it's refreshing to see a young man in his position be so respectful to people...it gives us hope for the future. Was shocked to see this review. Today, it appeared that I had been overcharged on my receipt. I dealt with Cassandra, the cashier, and Trevor. Both were eager to investigate and fix the matter, very courteous and professional.Turns out, it was my mistake, not Cassandras. Bottom line, floors are gross! But the staff there is great...they have all been nothing but friendly, polite and professional. read more
