We were gone for three weeks. I requested a return label for a store credit. Lauren Nicole received the package 1 day over the 30 day return limit and rejected the return. I sent a letter explaining the situation they refused to give me a credit. I had to pay to ship the dress to them and then additional 17.00 for them to ship it back.. I will never wear this dress. It was the first time I ordered from this company. Very disappointed in their customer service. Don't order from this company if your item doesn't work out they only issue store credits. NO refunds.

It is a cute little spot in the Thornton Park area of Orlando. Since we arrived earlier in the morning, street parking was no issue. The shop had a lot of artisan things for sale, mostly by female owned businesses and artists. They also have a candle making opportunity that we are going back for, as we did not have time to stay and do that. As a person that recently attempted to make a candle, I can't wait to try that. The folks in the shop were very friendly and it was organized and clean. I bought handmade cards and soap, several pairs of earrings and adorable stickers. I'll report back when we go make the candles! It seemed like the price was right and they gave you a discount if you brought your own glassware for the candle.

After spending some time at Lake Eola Park, my husband took us to the Orlando Magic Team Shop (OMTS) to look around and see if there were some things we liked. - Parking - It was mid-afternoon on a Friday and there was street parking right in front and it was free! - Vibe - Located at the corner inside the Amway Center (and for you non-Magic fans, it's their home arena), if you can't find the fan gear you're looking for, for the Orlando Magic here, I don't know where else you are going to find it! I found the store layout to be a little awkward, more specifically the back section where there is a door that connects to the arena. It was pretty narrow and full of merchandise with a cash register right next to the door. I can't imagine what a bottleneck it must be on game day. - TLC - We were greeted upon arrival and there were at least 3 employees working and they were pretty chill. They stayed behind the counter in the main cash register area for the duration of our visit while patrons were coming and going. - My thoughts - Like I said, whether you are a seasoned fan or you just joined the club, there is a section for every person or thing, furry or not, in your fan club. Men, women, kids, babies and fur babies, you name it, they have it. The selection was quite extensive in each category too. They even swapped out the blue team colors to pink for the little girls. I personally like the blue better though. They had the cutest things for the little babies like full track suit, onesies, branded binkies, sippy cups and Mickey & blanket combo. Lots of Stuff merchandise too and for non-fans, it's the Orlando Magic's mascot, Stuff, the Magic Dragon haha. I always thought that that was so clever. My only thing with the store were the prices! But I guess since I am a fan by marriage, I don't understand the full value of the investment? T-shirts were reasonable, but there were some polo shirts that were priced at over $150 dollars and I wondered if Nikola Vucevic had made it himself. The shirts really weren't anything special. For that price, at the very least, I would expect embroidered logos or something? All in all, it was fun browsing the store and checking out the variety of Magic merchandise available. We can't really find any Magic merchandise in abundance outside of FL, so we make it a point to visit whenever we are in town and pick up another item to sport for the season, now that we live this close.

The staff was friendly, greeted us, and let us know about their sale items. The store is super clean, airy, and has two levels.
