I hit an out of place safety cone on the freeway coming back from the valley. It was the driver side, flew up in the air and landed on my hood and almost went through the windshield. Their work was and is beyond excellent and they made the process so easy, keeping me informed all along the path to perfection. After talking to them about all the scratches from shopping carts and who knows what, I decided to leave the car a little longer and let them try to spruce it up a bit. I picked up my car on 1/7/2021 and the first thing I noticed was there was trash in the car that wasn't mine. Then I noticed the driver's seat was pushed forward (not back) and lastly, my gas tank was on empty! I was in an accident that was not my fault. This place came highly recommended. So my vehicle was supposed to take 1 day. Dropped it off at 7am, borrowed a friends car so I could still work. (The other parties insurance offered $20 for a rental...WHERE can I find a rental for that lol). So I go in and make an appointment...it takes 2 weeks because they are booked which I do understand. So I hadn't heard anything so I called Beals and was told my car would most likely be ready in the evening of the next day. The person who told me that it would be 1 day wasn't in and was told he would call me in the morning. I was left scrambling to find transportation for the next day. I am a home hospice nurse, it's not like I could just take an Uber. Nobody called me that morning so I called. No technicians were available to talk to so I was told I would get a call back. I finally got a call back and was told my car would be ready at 4:30 pm. The lack of communication was very frustrating. Had I not called I would not have known I wouldn't have my car back on Monday as I was lead to believe and needed to make arrangements for Tuesday. And had I not called Tuesday I wonder how long it would have taken to find out the ETA to pick it up. Car does look amazing, like it never happened. read more

This is a first rate, top notch establishment. When my Technoviolet Metallic (purple) BMW M3 was sandwiched between 2 cars, I was absolutely devastated, as I expected some of the damage to be irreparable. I filed a claim through my insurance carrier (State Farm) and Beal's was at the top of State Farm's preferred repair facility list. A short time later, I drove in for an estimate and was immediately impressed. The entire property is clean, maintained and welcoming; highly indicative of a top quality business. It should be noted that I am a member of the BMW CCA (Car Club of America) and have owned 5 BMWs among other sports cars. I am very particular with my cars and trust very few individuals and businesses with them. I had absolutely no reservations about trusting Beal's with my beloved M3. Fewer than 1,200 BMWs were imported to the US in my unique color, but this was absolutely no problem for Beal's. When I picked up my car after it was repaired, which was 100% on schedule and done right the first time, I was immediately impressed. The car had been given a nice wash and it was clear to me that the repairs were performed to a high standard. No corners were cut, no improper paintwork prep, no cheap, ill-fitting aftermarket parts. You cannot discern where any damage was on my M3 and the paintwork matching and blending is stunning. No orange peal either. There isn't much else to say. Excellent job and thank you Beal's! I would not hesitate to recommend this establishment to any of my fellow BMW CCA club members, or anyone else with a car they value. read more

This business is so much more than an auto body shop. Local family owned and operated with personal service as their sincere motto! I was impressed beyond measure by their comfortable waiting room. I stopped by to see if they could repair a torn plastic protector under the front bumper. The dealer quoted 285 plus labor.
