    Pulled pork bbq.

Pulled pork and banana pudding. Don't get distracted by the sides, they're fine but the winners are these home-made, flavor filled items which are delict without being overly salty or sugary. We ordered takeout but in normal tines eating here and enjoying the nature trail next to the shop would be a perfect combination.

Great family run barbecue spot. I had the brisket special with macaroni and cheese and vinegar slaw. All were excellent. The brisket was lean and tender, and it had a nice smoky taste. They obviously cook on wood. It was so tender I could cut it with a plastic fork! My friend had pulled pork, with deviled eggs and banana pudding. The pulled pork was tasty but not greasy and the banana pudding was creamy and good. The sweet tea was exceptional, in that it was not too sweet. I often mix sweet and unsweet tea 50-50, But it was perfect as it is. Unfortunately, they did not sell beer or collard greens. And, I wish they had french fries on the menu. I have to say, it was rather healthy for a barbecue joint. A very nice couple runs the place. It has a crafty ambience, definitely not a barbecue dive. All in all, a solid place and a great stop. Only 10 minutes off the interstate. Oh, we had the chance to ask the owner about the name. Allegedly it emerged from an evening of bourbon drinking, and a lot of careful thought :-)

On a cross-country road trip from OR to VA and haven't stopped for BBQ. I know, I know! I'm so glad I stopped at this little spot - excellent service and amazing BBQ. I got the pulled pork sandwich with mac n cheese and mashed potatoes. Wow! Tender pork and yummy carolina BBQ sauce. My spouse got the pulled chicken with mac n cheese and cornbread. We will be back when we visit Lexington again. Make the stop! :)

Small little restaurant. Was in the area on vacation and wanted some good BBQ. This place did not disappoint. Everything is homemade.

Barbecue was outstanding, and sides were equally delicious and all homemade. The brisket was lean and tender. Restaurant was clean. The owners were helpful and polite. They are only open for lunch. I would say get the platter! Yummy. Sincerely from Bob and Sheryl from Maine !

Anything under 5 stars would be an insult to this establishment. Beameup is locally owned and produces some of the best barbecue in the United States. I've been to Nashville, Savannah, Charlotte, and Charleston BBQ joints but they all pale in comparison to Beameup. The restaurant is a short walk from the university and has a charming pig-themed decor that really accentuates the family feel. You can't really go wrong here but I highly recommend "The Chub", the ribs (if they're on special), deviled eggs, potato salad, baked beans, and the banana pudding. "The Chub" is a BBQ burrito which combines a meat of your choice (chicken, pork, brisket)with mac and cheese, honey bacon, and cole slaw. Every time we stop in Lexington, we make it a point to eat here. Amazing owners, staff, vibe, and food all around. I highly recommend anyone in the area or visiting Lexington to eat at this incredible place. My family and I can't wait to come back!

Very good BBQ. My brisket was moist and tender. Her chicken salad sandwich was delicious. Deviled eggs were also good.

The first night we ordered the stuffed cod and burgers, along with beers and soft drinks. Everything was fantastic. The food was flavorful, fresh, and cooked perfectly, and the service was quick and genuinely friendly. We liked it so much that we went back again the same weekend. The second time we had burgers, a club sandwich, fried green tomatoes with pimento cheese, a punch cocktail, a tall beer, and soft drinks -- and once again, everything was spot-on. Consistently great food and great service both times. We went in around 8:00 p.m. the first night, and the staff was cheerful and energetic -- you would have thought they had just started their shifts. That's a huge plus when dining a little later in the evening. Everyone we spoke to said it's a local favorite, and after our experience, we completely understand why. If we had more time in town, we probably would have eaten there a third time. Definitely a must-stop in Lexington!

I ate here all the time in college, and years later I still haven't found Thai food that hits quite the same. The ambiance is great, not too formal but still great for a date night. The food is consistently amazing. You really can't go wrong, but my personal favorites are the pad thai, panang curry, drunken noodles, and the fried rice. Everything is flavorful, comforting, and exactly what you want after a long day exploring or reminiscing in town. What makes this place even more special is the staff. They are unbelievably kind and welcoming whether you're there every week like I was during college or just stopping in every few years like I do now. They have also always been incredibly accommodating with my mushroom allergy, which I really appreciate. The fact that they even remembered me years later honestly says everything about the level of care here. Lexington may be a small town, but Napa Thai is truly a hidden gem and one of the places that makes coming back feel so nostalgic. If you're in the area, it's absolutely worth a visit

Veggie rolls were ok, I do like they came cut in half. Service was pretty slow for it being empty. I would come back but I will check other places out first.
