We ordered different smoothies for ourselves, our parents, and my fiancé: Oreo; plain vanilla (not on the menu, so this was a special request); s'mores; mocha frappe. All so delicious...and healthy! What was interesting to learn is that none of the smoothies are made with milk, only water and the protein powder! The consistency of the smoothies was perfect: not very thick, not watery. Crystal told us that they are meant to be meal replacements and should therefore keep one full for 2-3 hours. That was definitely the case with me - got our smoothies early afternoon, and I personally did not get my appetite back until dinner time! I enjoyed my smoothie, but I came here with the intention of getting a protein power bowl (had been craving one from the night before). So it was a bit disappointing to learn the bowls were not available because they had been sold out.
