Warm place, well kept and cozy. Good food and coffee. I like to stop here every time I pass through town.

I used to love going here but unfortunately the barista in the afternoons the last few times had not been welcoming. I also ordered an iced latte with blueberry and pistachio, it came in with chunks in it. It had a funny taste so I assume something sour, as much as I love morning visits with I get the flights of coffee I'm not sure I'll be returning after this.

Phyllo cinnamon roll was bland, cold like the fridge, and hard. The regular cinnamon roll was ten times better with plenty of cinnamon paste in between the layers even though it was too cold and kinda hard also. The sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich I had made on a wrap was nice. It needed so spices or salsa for sure but the wrap actually was very soft and whole wheat with good flavor from that. Not bad for coffee shop food!

Love the rustic coffee shop decor.

This is one of the closest coffee shops to my house and I've been frequenting some of the Kent ones, which are also close, but wanted to try it out. Very cute inside and a great vibe for meeting a friend for coffee and catch up or looking for a quiet reading or work place. I got my usual I order mostly everywhere, an iced vanilla latte. It didn't disappoint. The double chocolate muffin my husband and I split was large, fresh, and deliciously sweet. I love a dense muffin. We each got bagels, too and while nothing special, they were fresh and nicely toasted. There were several other delicious looking pastries I'd like to go back and try but I was really craving a bagel this day and didn't want to go too carb crazy. We enjoyed the ambiance inside and they had a shelf with games and books which would be fun if you wanted to stick around with friends for a while. I'll be back!

Cellar Door Coffee is a stylish, rustic, old house feel coffee shop. The decor, seating, tables and music makes me feel like I'm in a stylish old cabin like house in the country. Over the speakers I heard John Prine, Mandolin Orange, and similar artists. The seating, decor and music make it a nice place to relax with friends. They have an assortment of coffee drinks on the menu typical of what you'd find at a local coffee shop. The small breakfast and lunch food items looked delicious. The baked goods and sweets are what amazed me. I ordered a cookie that looked amazing and tasted amazing. I'd travel just for the baked goods! From their posts on Instagram and Facebook it looks like Cellar Door has live entertainment and a presence in their community. The interior vibes are the same; open, spacious, and clean. However, the food and most importantly, the staff, no longer maintain the quality that made me a regular in the first place. Artisan used to have amazing coffee and excellent food, but the coffee is no longer very good. I think this is due to the staff. The food has significantly declined in quality. The hollandaise on their breakfast sandwich is now a broken, greasy mess. The "sourdough" is generic white bread. What's even worse than the food is the staff. In the last two years, the staff has degenerated to an incompetent , bedraggled mess. The staff has never had to wear a uniform, but perhaps it's time for them to institute one. In my last several visits, I've seen grossly oversized clothes that have the staff looking like they just rolled out of bed. Hair is unkempt, not brushed, loose, and hanging down past their shoulders. A recipe for getting hair in my food. Furthermore, the staff is no longer smiling or friendly and can't answer basic questions about the menu. They seem confused about where they are and the service they provide. On top of all this, they maintain their strict breakfast timeframe. Why they have decided to stick to antiquated time limits for the food that is always available in their kitchen is beyond me. The barest minimum of market research would show how popular breakfast sandwiches are all day. What once was a vibrant, friendly coffee shop with great food, good coffee, and pleasant employees now feels like a dressed up McDonalds.

This place is a charmer for sure and has a vibe to it that is cozy. The space itself is larger than what I was expecting and it was nice that they offered additional parking across the street as their lot is small and gets full very quickly. The space also has a stage and lots of windows for natural light which I loved. The baristas were all very friendly and knowledgeable about the different drinks and what they offered, which was really nice. Unfortunately, I did not try any food, but their menu offers a wide range of breakfast and lunch options including sandwiches, soups, bakery and more. I reached for the cold brew and a friend got a lavander matcha lattee. The drinks were good, nothing out of this world but I was glad they offered additional cream, sugar, etc out in the open in case people decided they wanted to add anything to their drinks. They offer a wide range of drinks including some really interesting specialty drinks which all sound fun to try. Overall, Artisan Coffee is a cute, charming coffee shop that offers a wide variety of food and drink and I am sure you will find something you enjoy at this cafe. If I am ever in the area again, I would definitely consider coming back here to sit down rather than to-go.

They also have cookies and cake pops, and they have some little doggy cupcakes as well . The cupcakes are about the same size as the muffins that you would see for sale at a supermarket . They do also have the little mini kind that are two bites in size. There's plenty of parking and it's easy to find once you realize it's a standalone small building . Nothing flashy.
