Smoothie King is a chain restaurant that has locations in the U.S. and some other countries. So…read morefar, I have been a customer of this specific location of Smoothie King a few times. For my previous in-person visit, the employees promptly and kindly served me. For a previous delivery order, I purchased smoothies and snacks through GrubHub. Most recently, my husband bought smoothies in person. This Smoothie King's menu lists dozens of smoothies, including Feel Energized smoothies with caffeine, Get Fit smoothies that are protein-rich, Manage Weight smoothies that are lower in calories, Be Well smoothies that contain vitamins, Enjoy-a-Treat smoothies that are a tasty treat, and Kids smoothies in flavors that kids enjoy. Across these categories are numerous flavors, such as chocolate, strawberry, coffee, banana, pineapple, mango, blueberry, cherry, veggie, apple kiwi, etcetera! Many of the flavors contain nutritional enhancers, including proteins, fiber, vitamins, probiotics, collagen, grains such as quinoa and buckwheat, and so on. The menu also lists other foods such as smoothie bowls with açaí and pitaya as well as snacks such as chips, nuts, and pretzels. For my recent delivery order, I bought the Passion Passport smoothie, the Activator Recovery Strawberry Banana smoothie, a bag of veggie chips, and a bag of peanut-butter pretzels. The delivery driver brought the correct items to me, and I appreciate that they were securely packaged in a cardboard box. My husband and I enjoyed the flavors of these smoothies and snacks. Only two days later, my husband wanted to buy more smoothies from this business, so he returned. He purchased his usual Passion Passport smoothie, and he bought an Angel Food Slim smoothie for me. We both enjoyed the sweet flavors of our smoothies. Our particular smoothies were fairly healthy, but some of the other menu items contain too many calories and grams of sugar. For example, the 40-ounce Hulk chocolate contains 1,280 calories, 44 grams of fat, and 179 grams of sugar!

It makes and sells little tasty donuts in many dozens of flavors as well as beverages such as coffees and teas. "Funkadelic" flavors of donuts contain the most creative ingredients and have the highest price. Examples are banana split, blueberry pancake, coffee cake, fruity pebbles, M&M, maple-bacon, Oreo cheesecake, Robert Brûlée, S'mores, and Snick Jagger. "Far Out" flavors of donuts are topped with icing such as banana, chocolate, lemon, mocha, raspberry, and strawberry. "Groovy" flavors are the plainest and the least expensive, and they are available in flavors such as powdered sugar, cinnamon, ginger, honey, and maple glazed. For years, I have purchased donuts from this particular location in Wexford. Last year, I used their website to place an online order for dozens of donuts, and the employees prepared my donuts for my designated pickup time. This year, I purchased 2.5 dozens of donuts in person. The employees kindly greeted me, gave me two free cinnamon donuts, and carefully made my Funkadelic and Far Out donuts in various flavors. The employees accurately charged me, and they thanked me for stopping in and told me to enjoy the rest of my day. My husband and I enjoy nearly all of the flavors of donuts, but our favorites might be the Apple Pie, Heath Wind and Fire, Magically Delicious (marshmallows), PB&J, and Samoa. Furthermore, this business sells donuts for dogs. Last year, I bought two of these donuts for my dog Olive, and she immediately salivated, licked her lips, and gobbled up those donuts.

Sincerely Yogurt is a restaurant that sells frozen yogurts, smoothies, and Hershey's ice creams…read more The yogurts are non-fat or low-fat, come in dozens of flavors (e.g., vanilla, apple pie, coffee, blueberry, chocolate, eggnog, peach, pineapple, huckleberry, mint, banana, cheesecake, snickerdoodle, and strawberry), and have dozens of possible toppings (e.g., mango, chocolate chips, sprinkles, brand-name candy bars, walnuts, granola, cereals, cookie dough, and graham crackers). The smoothies are available in many flavors and may be customized with add-ins (e.g., whey protein, glutamine collagen, and creatine), and type of milk or water. When I entered this business, a friendly employee asked me if I had ever been there previously. I had not, so she explained that the yogurts are self-serve. I chose a waffle cone, filled it with vanilla yogurt, and topped it with Heath chunks. The employee weighed the container to determine the price of ~$9 plus tip. Some tables, chairs, and board games were available in the dining area. I thought that my custom yogurt was a large size and tasted good.

For example, they also serve cookie dough, and I wanted to try it. So I did. And it was pretty meh. It wasn't the worst cookie dough I've had, but it certainly wasn't impressive. In an odd way, it was kind of flavorless. They do offer several kinds of cookie dough, and I went the peanut butter cup and the chocolate chunk. The chocolate chunk barley had any chocolate chunk pieces. The peanut butter didn't have a strong nutty flavor. It was just kind of bland. All in all, maybe I'll come back for the froyo, but the cookie dough wasn't worth it.
