They looked at it and said it's losing oil because of a valve and the dipstick tube was off the engine block......wow the others could've have seen that? I had my oil changed twice at Mr Mechanic and the third oil change I took my vehicle to the colonade Car Care on I-10 and Wurzbach and was told that who ever changed my oil last had stripped my oil pan so they had to retread the oil pan and replace the bolt. I was charged 149.00. I took my receipt to Mr Mechanic to show them the damage they did to my vehicle. I was told by the owner Michael that they didn't do any damage to my vehicle and refused to take responsibility for damage they did to my vehicle. I also filed a complaint with BBB which they never responded.

She has her car towed to Chad Miller Auto Care and calls me to say she needs a new battery and is being quoted $645. I ask her to hand her phone to an employee, and when I asked why this is so expensive the employee raised their voice at me. I asked for a manager and was informed it was Chad himself I was talking to. I would NOT suggest this mechanic. He is unprofessional and perpetuates the negative stereotype of crooked mechanics preying on young women.
