I've been taking my 2006 Chrysler crossfire to Paleo for service. I've given them honest reviews in the past on Yelp. My car broke down again and had to call AAA for a two truck. I called Paleo to inform them That I was having my car towed to their shop. They said okay. When the Chacon tow truck driver and I arrived at Paleo's and went to drop the car key off in the key box we found a note telling the tow truck driver to not leave my car in their parking lot and to have my car towed to my residence! The tow truck driver said he couldn't do that because AAA had not authorized Paleo's request. I winded up leaving my car in Paleo's parking lot. I called Paleo the next day and I was told that Paleo was not going to do any service on my car because of bad reviews I had given them in the past. I had to go get my car bad drive it off their parking lot or they would have it towed to the pound. I went and got my car took it to another auto repair shop and the car's radiator, thermostat and belt had to be placed. Terrible customer service and communication on GM's behalf. Called for an update on my car gm had clearly been in a bad mood and told me that my car hadn't been looked at and was very unhappy at me asking why, I explained I had been let known for the specific problem diagnosis would only take til the next day and setting an appointment would account for that. Phillip cute me off saying pick up your car. Turns out 10 hours of my car sitting idle didn't even warrant a notification. Time is value especially as a student and full time worker. If you value transparency, respectful communication and reliability look else where. A shame GM is comfortable acting this way to paying customers because the rest of the team has been nothing great. It goes without saying I will not and should not be paying anything. read more

Honest and easy to work with! Brought my well loved car in, calling the day before to make an appointment. They were understanding of me needing to head out of town the next day. Received the inspection notes/estimate and explaining everything is still in good shape and that the intermittent noise is like due to weather and didn't need anything done. They provided excellent customer service. I needed to replace my brakes. I had gotten several quotes and I chose Paleo because they would consider saving the rotors $600. Upon inspection my rotors were done anyway. They offer shuttle service and in my case offered to pick up and drop off my car. That alone was amazing! Then they also cleaned a bit off my headlights. I absolutely HATED taking my car to the dealership for repairs where they always tried to sell me more than I needed. Paleo was honest and upfront and prioritized my repairs for me so that I could see what was most important. Their level of service and professionalism was unmatched. I can't even say enough about how great this place is. I will NEVER go back to a dealership. This is a small, local shop that is so so helpful and I trust to work on my car and to be honest with me.
