At first, based on the reviews, I was looking forward to this company helping me with my car that wouldn't start. I called and the gentleman answered promptly and said they would call me after they were done with another vehicle so they could arrange a time. 6-7 hours no call back. I politely texted that I understood they may have run longer and to please let me know if they would still be able to come out. No response. The next day I waited until about 10am to give them some time in case they were still. busy. I called, and they didn't answer and there was no way to leave a message. I get it if you are booked and can't help out, but to be "ghosted" by a business and not have your calls returned is crazy. All they had to do was return a phone call and say they couldn't help. I must assume that they are flush with business and don't need anymore work so more power to them. In the meantime I will just have to tow my car to a dealership to get something fixed that should have been relatively easy. I would have attempted to work on it myself but my hand is out of commission for the week which is why I was opting for a mobile mechanic. Waste of time read more

Excellent Mechanic!!! We own Oh Yeah Limousine service and have several vehicles in our fleet and mobile mechanic is what we needed! One of our Limos started overheating on the way back from a job and the driver didn't wanna blow the engine so he pulled off to the side. We weren't sure which breaks were needed, but after his assessment there wasn't a question. After he was done with the breaks, he even went through the engine and checked fluids and the belt. He was friendly initially but after the installation a hose on my car was broken he admitted it was his fault and insisted on wanting to make it right and told me he found the hose. When i contacted him about it he ghosted me and i was left to replace it myself after finding the part and reading forums. It's sad that he leaves patrons stranded like that. Ryan was upfront about the price of my repair and even offered advice over the phone on what the problem could be.
