The first time I learned there is a 250 square foot maximum per room is when he got out here. So one room that was 326 square feet had to count as two rooms. Even though it had a sectional, two arm chairs and tables that weren't moved and weren't cleaned under. It was a small room that we paid for as two rooms. I asked if a big rec room could count as two rooms. It couldn't because it was 6 square feet over the limit. 2. When Jason showed up I said we don't walk with shoes on the carpet. He said "You expect me to take off my shoes while I'm cleaning your carpet??" He scoffed and said "there's no way I'm doing that." So he walked around to measure everything IN HIS SHOES. Then when rooms were too big to count towards what we bought he didn't clean them. BUT HE HAD WALKED ALL OVER THEM IN HIS F&CKING SHOES. Carpet that we NEVER walk in with shoes he walked all over. This company is a joke. I'll never use them again. I'm furious at them!! MY EDITS AFTER HUGHS REPLY WAS POSTED: I think Hughes response to my complaint says enough about this company. Please read it. They were never asked to drag hoses up and down stairs without cleaning. Everything they did was on the main level. The Groupon had restrictions in terms of the number of rooms. But no square footage listed. Even a small TV room was well beyond what they said the limit was. 200 and some square feet. And because one area was literally just a few feet over it counted as two rooms. And yes, always takeoff our shoes to walk on our carpet. And no, the carpet cleaners shoes are not magically cleaner than anyone else's. We asked them to do the job that we paid for and it was terrible.
