I did not expect to like Bear Donuts as much as I did! It's surprisingly not crowded, and the second room has beautiful natural light. There are outlets, the space isn't too loud, and it ended up being such a productive place to work. Butterfly Tea Refresher: 10/10 - refreshing and not too sweet Strawberry Yogurt Donut: 5/5 - it's a mochi donut! There's free but limited parking on the side, the staff is friendly, and the food and drinks were great overall. Just note they close at 6pm, so it's not a late-night spot. Definitely a great café if you're looking for a calm place to get work done.

Our group tried a variety of treats and drinks! Everything was great but I personally had the Blue Coconut Matcha from their speciality menu. Super refreshing to enjoy alongside one of their donuts or Dubai chewy cookie. Limited seating inside for larger groups but if you don't mind standing, there's some fun stuff on display to check out while sipping on your drink. And a parking lot out back is also a plus!

I've seen this place all over social media so I decided to try with my friend! Everyone raved about the matcha so I decided to get it and it was absolutely terrible it was watered down and tasted like nothing.. my friend also got the coffee and it tasted like burnt beans! I hope they were having an off day because there's no way people think that watered down matcha is actually good. The donuts on the other hand are incredibly delicious they have that mochi chewiness that I love and the flavors are amazing too! We were greeted when we first came in so that was wonderful but they also did shut off the music an hour before close which made talking awkward...

Randomly came across this donut shop in Englewood. The place was clean, crisp and had a minimalist feel. They had a good amount of donut flavors and since I am trying to be summer ready, I only got one. They also had a donut egg sandwich which looked pretty good also. I was also impressed by their specialty drinks. I opted for the Vanilla chai matcha which was really good. The staff there was kind enough to make sure it wasnt too sweet for me. It had a great taste and was made really well. I opted for the Coffee Toffee donut. It was very chewy and airy which I didnt expect. It still tasted good but the airy and chewy aspect made it hard for the toppings to stay on. I encountered a mess. Still a great tasting donut. It tasted fresh and the flavor was fantastic.

Such a cute coffee spot, my husband and I love trying new places and this was one he found. They have coffee matcha pastries and donuts! The matcha we got was delicious and definitely on point. The only thing I wish is for larger size cups.

A cute spot with lots of seating and natural sunlight! I didn't realize all the donuts were mochi-based, but there are so many options from plain, glazed, to filled! And unlike other mochi donuts, these are not greasy and overwhelming. My favorite was the Passionfruit - the perfect balance of sweet and tart.

Located in downtown englewood! It's super cute and has a lot of great light and seating. I got an assorted 4pc donut with crunch chocolate, maple caramel, lavender and pistachio. Out of the four I would recommend the maple caramel and lavender. I would not recommend the crunch chocolate and pistachio. I also ended up getting the chewy Dubai pistachio cookie and thought it was worth the try! They have a large and interesting drink selection as well that I'll try in the future.

Happy to have a cute new donut spot in Englewood. I didn't try any of the mochi donuts but picked out a few of their brioche ones...all of which were light, airy, and delicious. Their pistachio chocolate one was a standout for me. The people there were friendly, plenty of seating available when I went, and even a few free dedicated parking spots on the side. Will return and try their drinks and mochi donuts next time.

Glaze Donuts (Located in Madison Plaza)…read more358 River Rd. New Milford, NJ 07646 Maple Bacon Donut Ring Ding Donut Located in this mini strip mall is an independent artisan donut chain. They a diverse variety of gourmet donuts. The only problem I had was having to choose because I wanted to explore them all. These are a couple of the donuts I selected: Maple Bacon: Originally, I was hesitant about combining a breakfast meat with a pastry. As soon as I took my first bite, I instantly fell in love with this unique creation. It had a sweet and salt taste. If you decide to try the maple bacon, you'll have to wait until the weekend because it isn't available Monday through Friday. Ring Ding: This is identical to a Hostess Ring Ding. The inside is plentifully filled with chantilly cream. It is rich and very sweet; supplementing a glass of milk is highly recommended. There is a small dining area, which seats about 6-8 customers. There is a decent amount of parking in the front and back of the strip mall. If you have a sweet tooth, this is the perfect place. Overall, I had a "glaze day" at Glaze Donuts. #glazedonuts #glaze #ringding #ringdingdonut #maplebacon #maplebacondonut #newmilfordnj #donutshop

Only on their classic donuts but to my surprise all of the classic donuts were so good, although I did want to try some of their signature flavors too. This shop is small and has a couple of tables to sit down at. They have hot drinks available along with a fridge for cold beverages to purchase. The lady who assisted me was so sweet, so friendly and it was nice to come all the way from the city and be greeted with such lovely hospitality. She was working by herself and she had a couple of other customers waiting, but made everyone feel like a priority. She was a natural professional lol. The prices were quite pricey, which each donut flavor having its own price, my box of minis with tax and tip were about 40 bucks! Although I can't complain because I got a box free. I also can tell my donuts were freshly made with quality ingredients and the flavors are true to its donuts name. Although my visit was really for the banana foster, my favorite turned out to be the cannoli. They nailed that donut true to its original interpretation of what a cannoli is but made into a donut. My daughters loved the flavors of their selections although the strawberry cheesecake was a bit sweeter than she expected and liked. A bit overwhelming is how she put it. She would have been satisfied with just the mini size. Overall I think the next time I'm in town I may stop by for a half of dozen of minis because of the prices and because some flavors were better than others. I also wouldn't mind trying some of the signature donuts. So yes make a visit because it worth one. Two thumbs up and a Happy Yelping!

HAPPY NATIONAL BOBA DAY (4/30)! It only feels right to update my review of my go-to spot in the…read morearea. NJ doesn't have many great boba places, which is why I'm EXTREMELY grateful to have Tsaocaa nearby. I'm a regular, and the drinks are consistently amazing. I'm pretty picky--I only like drinks with a strong tea flavor that really pulls through. My biggest pet peeve is when they're too milky, overly sweet, or taste artificial. Tsaocaa absolutely nails it! The tea to milk ratio is ON POINT! One sip in, and I could tell they use high quality, premium tea leaves and fresh fruit ingredients. This is one of the few places that truly gets both milk AND fruit teas right! Over the past two years, I've worked my way through a good portion of the menu. You really can't go wrong with choosing any drink! There are so many options--milk teas, fruit teas, slushes, fruit mojitos (non-alcoholic), yogurt slushes, you name it. It's the perfect mix of classic staples and more creative flavors. My top two favorites are: *Passion Fruit & Lime Tea - Get this if you want something refreshing, tangy, and tropical. I get it with no sugar since the fruit already brings a natural sweetness. And they actually use real passion fruit seeds! *Brown Sugar Black Milk Tea - The black tea is strong and slightly bitter, but the creamy milk balances it out. They don't go overboard with the brown sugar--just enough to give you little sips of sweetness. *King of Milk Oolong Tea - I don't usually go for oolong tea, but this one's starting to win me over. I absolutely LOVE the deep, roasted flavor. I order mine with less ice and either the lowest sugar level or no sugar at all. The baristas hit the mark on the sweetness levels and make it exactly how I want. When you order 30% sugar, you really get 30%. For the true tea lovers, I recommend 30% or none at all if you really want that bold tea taste. The tapioca pearls are addicting--soft, chewy, and not crazy sweet. Their pearls have a natural amber brown color since they're made from sweet potato, without any added syrups or dyes. Most boba elsewhere is made from cassava root and then dyed artificially. Yes, it's on the pricier side--but I am SO willing to pay for the higher quality! They have a rewards program, so if you collect enough points, you can score free drinks! There's a lovely barista who's almost always there--she makes my drinks just right and quickly every time. I do wish there were more seating though. It's a small store with just a table and a few stools at a counter. They do have wifi if you're thinking of getting some work done. This location also has a full menu of popular Vietnamese dishes like pho, lemongrass grilled pork, vermicelli bowls, and banh mi. I've tried the banh mi, and honestly, I'd skip it. Stick to the bubble tea here! Tsaocaa is a must try for all boba lovers! Get your sip on! They even have a 1000mL bucket size! *eyes emoji* I have to limit myself to one drink a month... or I'll end up with a 9-month old boba belly.

Oh man, I so wanted these drinks to be a hit…read more Here is what we ordered in 500ml: - King of Oolong Milk Tea with boba - Sakura Oolong Milk Tea As soon as we saw the drinks we were like oooh no, why is it white? My son insist I taste both of them first. I put on a poker face because I wanted to see his honest reaction too. After he took a couple of sips he said, I don't want to finish it. In the trash it goes. I consider myself a hardcore tea lover. There was nothing Oolong about it. Not sure how the lady made it, if it's from powder or actual tea leaves but we absolutely could not detect any tea flavor, mostly water and sugar and the lingering aftertaste was NOT PLEASANT AT ALL. It was a long drive for us to get here. Do I regret it? No, because I am always willing to venture far for a boba tea experience. Can't win them all. I don't know if the high rating is for the drinks or the Vietnamese food they serve here. Tsaocaa is a chain and I will not be giving this one another chance. The first thing my son and I did when we got home was brush our teeth. Positives... - Friendly service. - The drinks are not as pricey as other boba shops. - I got to see how beautiful Englewood, New Jersey is. One star rating for the soft and chewy boba.
