Everything is donation based, but then the proceeds go towards providing yoga to ppl who cannot easily access affordable yoga! I love a non profit! Everyone who works there is so friendly and talented and helpful! I always tell everyone to come here for yoga bc i love it so much! They're one of the only places nearby that has Ashtanga classes taught by a person, not a video like some other places. Dori, Marina, Laura and Kelsey are all amazing! There are other teachers as well, but I haven't taken their classes.

Each and every class instructor is outstanding and gifted in their own ways but all are super knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in helping people grow. Every class supports both physical strength and mental resilience. The workouts are challenging (with options available) but fun and the facilities are clean and well-maintained. I can never get a better workout at home than I do at this gym.
