Because of this, I declined the massage and requested a refund. Both the massage therapist and the front desk staff agreed that I would be refunded, so I left without receiving any service. After waiting two weeks with no refund, I called to follow up and was told they would not issue one. In the end, I was charged despite receiving no service at all. This was very frustrating and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place.

I had booked a girls weekend for myself and a friend and they had some errors in the booking (wrong time for my friend) but they were able to correct it the phone which is great! I can completely understand issues with booking after being closed for months so I give them full points for being able to correct it so painlessly. Upon checkin we were warmly greeted. They did temperate checks and everyone was wearing a mask but this did not detract from our services. We were given a quick tour and then off we went. We both had a message and a hand+foot scrubs. My massage with Amy was truly wonderful, she got a number of knots out of my back and made recommendations for future massages to help reset my muscles.
