Classes are just ok. Jacki has great classes but others not as much. I attended one class that was supposed to restorative (meaning relaxing) and we were doing sun salutations and flow. Some of the class styles are not well articulated. I also wish there were more classes to choose from during the day. Heal Me Yoga Studio is a hidden gem! I have taken classes from Deborah, Carolyn and Lynn, all awesome facilitators that embody the spirit of yoga. Deborah also runs an Airbnb Where Heal Me Yoga is located. Please be careful in dealing with her. She is not who she pretents to be. She is a thief who stole money from two of her guests. She was paid in advance of offsite payments which Airbnb does not allow and took extra money from both guests, stating that things were broken or the rooms were professionally cleaned but were not. And, the Airbnb house is dirty and she never cleaned during my stay there. Buyer beware. read more
