The pool solar is totally useless, does not produce any heat, when I asked for a review I was told I would need to cut down my (4) Birch trees (very delicate branches) in order for pool solar to work. This was not suggested or shared when installing the solar, perhaps they knew that would be a hard no. I will need to have new pool solar installed and repair my new roof. I am floored that Magic Sun could not manage to provide good pool solar and add enough electric solar to satisfy their profit. 1 star is being generous.

This company is a joke. Still, they talked us into sticking with them and signing up for recurring maintenance program for "discounts" and covered service. Worst decision ever. Every single time I call trying to schedule service they never have anything for 1.5-2 months out - even though we pay a membership every month and are promised "priority scheduling". The services are over priced so that they lie about giving you "the member discount". They even states I needed to re-do stuff I've done on the prior service as if it was never done previously- liars, trying to sell unnecessary work. Finally, a local person is never available to talk to on the phone. You always get transferred to a third party person who doesn't care at all. I just want a refund for the 6 months paid of membership that I won't use, and cancel this nonsense. Never again. Stay away! they tell us you have priority for scheduling maintenance bit you don't
