This place is beyond amazing! I TRUST these guys to fix ALL my Range Rover needs (HSE Sport & Velar) and do it at the best price possible. They give you options and let me decide what needs to be done first or if it has to be done all at the same time. I have been very hapy with them for YEARS! I used to go to the nearby dealership, not only were they way more expensive their technicians were younger and not all master mechanics like these guys. Also, I am a non-mechanical female and they speak to me with respect and explain everything in a way I can understand. If you are not using these guys, you are paying too much for likely worse service. Also, I recently bought a beautiful used 2021 Velar and they did a pre-inspection service, and I felt so much better buying the car after that inspection. They routinely exceed my expectations! Very honest and trustworthy! They also don't push service you can't do at the time or may not be needed although they will let you know everything your Land Rover needs. Brett is awesome. The English guy ( don't know his name) knows these cars inside and out and is super good at repairing and diagnosing. Dealership wanted to charge me 800 for a new key fob. These guys are amazing!! After always getting hit with crazy bills at local dealerships for my Range Rover, I took my friend up on getting these guys to look at my car. I was told I needed brakes and rooters for $2500 by the dealership. When I take it to Bear Valley for second opinion, they say I don't need rooters and am actually only about halfway through my break pads and should be good for about 10,000 miles. That made a lot more sense to me since I just had my brakes done about a year ago. I am thankful that I found people I can trust who will tell me the truth!! Have had my LR3 in for service at Bear Valley several times now. My first experience was when they fixed my sunroof leak that neither the dealer or another specialist could fix. They were confident they could fix it and they did exactly as they said. It made my car like new again. I have since used them for several items. They use quality parts and know what they are doing. The even diagnosed brake issues so I could go back to another repair place and have them put on the OEM parts they had promised. I cannot thank Bear Valley Service enough for their outstanding customer service and expert repair work. I was moving across the country, had half my junk in the trunk, when the latch to my trunk decided to stop working halfway through ATL. I was in freak out mode. I went to the Land Rover dealer - they have no appointments for days. The fine gentlemen at Bear Valley Service weren't sure how quickly they could fix my car, but said bring it in and they'd try. When I arrived they let me know they were on their way to go pick up the part since it couldn't be delivered same day. They were seriously concerned about getting me on the road for the rest of my 22 hour drive ahead. I understand the need to answer a review - but no one contacted me on the phone - just here, so I'm going to assume that this was just meant to try and show (2 years later) that you guys are trying harder, but just on paper - and not really in person, as my info you have has not changed in your file. With that said, the mis-diagnoses on my Rover are what they are - and no one contacted me to bring it back in to have something fixed at a reduced rate nor was i offered something to compensate for my time spent bringing it from Cumming to Roswell. While I appreciate the response, it just looks like an effort to "fix" a bad experience, which could be fixed by offering something free in return. read more

Absolutely blown away by the service. Stopped in today after 3 places could not do my emission test due to their computers not being able to communicate with my RangeRover. I brought my LR3 in because the coolant reservoir was cracked and leaking. They were able to replace the reservoir within an hour and do an oil change. They are extremely fair and honest. I would highly recommend them for any of your Land Rover needs and maintenance. read more

Bear Valley Service was Awesome!! My 2012 Range Rover was not recognizing either of my smart key fobs. I put in new batteries and placed fobs near the sensor but that did not work. I called 2 Land Rover dealers nearby, one never returned my call and the other had no clue what to do. I then called a trusted local service station in my area that does not work on land rovers and they referred me to Bear Valley. After two days of my car sitting in the office parking lot, I called Bear Valley. They referred me to their towing partner (Alpha Towing - highly recommend as well), the car was promptly towed, diagnosed as needing a factory reset and ready within a few hours.
