I spent 2 years looking for the perfect, new (used) vehicle. I'm extremely particular when it comes to finding the perfect car. It has to be practically brand new, in mint condition, etc. Everywhere I had looked all across the US I could rarely find the perfect car. When I would find one, I was never treated as an adult, and definitely treated like I didn't know what I was talking about or looking for (possibly because I'm female). I have used Beardmore Chevy Service exclusively the entire time I have lived in this community...which is over 9-years now. I'm recently retired from the military and throughout my time both active duty & retired, these two men always managed to work around my schedule...not the other way around like many businesses do these days. I trust Darrell & Frank so much that not only do I take my three (3) Chevy's to Beardmore, but I also take my son's Honda & daughter's Nissan to them for analysis, minor repairs & oil changes. The local Nissan service department 500-feet up the road is all about not providing warranty work but giving you $1000-$1200 of out of pocket things to fix...when the car is under extended warranty. We have purchased two cars from Beardmore and haven't ever had any sleazy sales people or anything. As a matter of fact, the last salesperson, Lea, was absolutely wonderful to work with. And both times we've taken in our 2015 Chevy Cruze for regular service, they haven't tried to tell us anything else is wrong with it. They've done exactly what was asked and been really nice to both my husband and our daughter. If we plan to purchase a new vehicle again, we will go back. The last time I had anything other than a Chevy was a 2007 Dodge and that was a nightmare. The car itself, not the people at the dealership, but it's closed now so no problem. read more

Long story short?My daughter dropped off her car to get warranty work done.They notice that one of her tires was bad and told her that she needed to badly change the tire Because it was a safety hazard. She picked up the car and when I seen that the tire was still bad that they had not changed the tire at all. We went back and we asked for a refund at first. They did not want to give the refund, then they asked us if we still wanted them to do the work and on top of that they overcharged her about $80, but we got all of our money back and it was a bad experience, and they say they're ASE certified, I don't. I'm hard pressed to give anyone a 5 star rating for selling me something that I want anyway. With that said, we contacted Joey Harker on Saturday. After learning that the used Jeep we had seen online was still available, we got in the car and headed to Belleview NE from Denver CO. Knowing that we were making a 500 each way mile trip to buy from them, they held the car until Sunday morning. Joey was very patient and knowledgeable with all of our questions and waited until we thoroughly check out the vehicle. Worst dealer for service around. They won't complete the work required to make my daughter's car safe to drive on the road. The brakes are shot and they wouldn't fix them before selling the car and make you pay for the repair after purchase. Completely ridiculous. I do not recommend going to this dealer or service center. Vehicles sold from a dealer need to be road ready which includes making sure the brakes are good to go. If they aren't good to go, it should not leave the lot due to safety concerns. They can expect to be sued if anything happens due to their irresponsible judgment. read more

Horrible service department. Beardmore called me nonstop about factory recall that has to be fixed. I schedule appt for Monday suppose to be 2 days . No call I call Wednesday. Was told by Francesca tech took 2 days off so still not done. Francesca said she would call when done. I call Friday morning she said should be done end of day . No call . I call stay mornin Diego says no tech or manger or Francesca is there to find out if done !! I said find out . Finally 3 hours later Diego calls says done come get it 7 days later . What a joke. Just bought a used vehicle for our daughter, and it was the best car-buying experience I've ever had. Todd Beardmore was fantastic to work with and the rest of the staff was very personable and genuine. The whole dealership has a small town feel and a sense of community which I really appreciated, and I never felt any pressure or heard any of the questionable dialogue so often experienced at other dealerships.
