I called and spoke to Dave. They had a full docket but he told me to come by the next morning and they'd work me in. After I dropped the truck off, they called me within a couple of hours to let me know what was wrong and authorize the repair. They used original Ford parts and were far less expensive than the dealership! I have heat again! The team was very friendly and professional. So anything built before 1970 should be okay. Thier vendor who tells them how to program new computer based parts takes 5 days to help them. Day 1 it took them all day to start looking at my car. Day 2 & 3 was the weekend. They aren't open. Day 4 my part didn't arrive until the afternoon delivery. Well I'm not surprised, if you don't order a part until after 4 pm, you aren't going to make the morning delivery. Assuming they actually order the part before they left on Friday. Day 5 they are in line to be helped program the part. But the vendor had a lot of their employees quit. But I was on the list... Day 6 I'm still on the vendor's list but they haven't been called yet. Day 7 the got hold of another vendor and they will there some time this afternoon. I guess the vendor they waited 3 days to call is actually able to do their job. They got it done in less than 1 day. Terry's customer service is as bad as their vendor's. I had to call to get updates on the status of my car. Then it was Ford's fault... Then I should be happy because my car IS fixed. Of course it's fixed I didn't take it to the shop to drive it home with the same problem!

These guys are absolutely on the level…read more Small mom & pop operations like this are far more likely to do good work and I don't think I have ever met anyone that has delivered more than Joe. I got a 2001 Chevy S10 with 93k miles on it a year before. Starting a new career in IT contracting, I figured it'd be a good idea to get my beloved little rustbucket looked at. This thing was, not just abused, but neglected for several years. Joe found every last problem with the motor. The sheer scope of issues with it that Joe managed to find and repair is insane. Thank goodness I had a nest egg saved up just for such an occasion. They invited me right over to the lift to see the problems with my own eyes. When I turned the truck in the next day, they were even kind enough to drive me home since I lived in Bellevue. Not just that, but when the truck was finally done after discovering even more issues (namely a timing chain so loose it's a wonder the truck ran at all, with the valves a full eighth of a rotation behind the crankshaft) and repairing them. It was held back for another day due to starting issues traced back to the timing sensor, something he insisted on eating the cost of due to how long it's been in service (about a week). After that they were happy to pick me up. The truck since then has been running like an absolute dream. I've driven 450 miles in the span of 3 days working all across Western Iowa/Eastern Nebraska, about a hundred miles out from the Omaha Metro at max. I cannot thank them enough for their incredible quality of service, mechanical and customer. I will not trust any other mechanic until I'm forced to stop going to Joe's.
