After adding it they didn't even bother to check my windshield fluid. Also if you call to complain the store manager is very unprofessional. They aren't my usual shop but I found them thru Tire Rack and read good reviews and gave them a shot. They were very pleasant and courteous and had my car finished up exactly when they said they would. They did exactly what I asked at reasonable prices and didn't try to upsell or pitch other services to me. I'd definitely use them again. One tip - if waiting for your car think twice before walking to McDonald's by the college... It's further than you'd think (1.1 miles) though you can get a workout in. read more

Multiple vehicles taken without ever being repaired properly. Cars were returned to us and the problem still existed, then had to be taken somewhere else to be repaired properly. This place used to be (10 years ago) great. We will never be taking another vehicle there again. read more

My family has used this center for minor services such as mounting and balancing tires. Unfortunately, that is now over as they can not get something as simple as torquing down lug nuts to spec. I would not trust these "ASE" mechanics with a wiper fluid refill let alone ANY major service. Find another independent you can trust that can at least get the basics correct. Note, I have worked with some very excellent mechanics in other areas with years of experience and the capabilities to rebuild entire engines. These are not those guys, they employ a bunch of high schoolers to do the dirty work that never gets done properly. In the process of doing a simple mounting of my wheels they damaged the lugs, torqued beyond 250 lb ft, bolts were stripped and threads are now stretched. I asked for new lugs as replacements for their damage and they flat out refused. If I had not noticed these lugs could have sheared off overtime as well as damaged my brake rotors due to the increased stress. I am sorry for all of the customers who don't know any better and are driving around with vehicles serviced by this shop which is a liability to the lives of all drivers. Thankfully, I paid with credit and bearsch will enjoy a dispute with my credit card company. Maybe they will admit to their mistakes and hold themselves accountable for their future customers. I found all of the staff to be polite and very helpful. Their price for the MD inspection was reasonable and they gave me a ride so I didn't have to hang around the shop. They were knowledgeable and fair and have definitely earned my future repair business. read more

This is the place to be if your car is sick. They can do it all, and do it well. Their oil change prices are still some of the best in the area. Get there early if you plan on getting one on a Saturday. The only bad thing I can say is their waiting room leaves a little to be desired. Be sure to see Charlie, the service manager. Came in to have new tires installed. I found out later that the hood of my car was badly damaged while in their shop. They did not care to be straightforward about it and let me know. Certainly I will not be using their services again, nor recommend this business to others. read more

I took my vehicle to get four tires installed. They charged me $254.00. Two tires on passenger kept loosing air. I brought it back and they said they adjusted the valve stems. What a bunch of BS. I said ok I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. Three days later tires low again. So upset. Took my vehicle to another tire place and they changed out the valve stems. I discovered an oil leak in my car on a Friday night, and on Saturday they were able to fit me in to look at the problem. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They called me back to let me know the issues, and everyone I spoke with was patient, and really did a good job explaining the problems so that I would understand.
