I explained we needed cleaning services for 1-2-month period while our current company took care of some personal matters and he said he didn't understand what I was needing. I explained again and asked if I needed to talk to some else about this and he hung up on me again. Pantry shelves were sticky with what appeared to be syrup, multiple cabinets contained food crumbs and hair, and there was a dark sticky spill left inside the refrigerator. Because we had not yet moved in, we inspected the home a few days later and promptly contacted the company to request a touch-up cleaning. After initially indicating they would review the matter, Molly Maid later declined to return or offer any resolution, citing the five-day delay in reporting the issues and stating there was no "intent" to leave the home dirty. I was disappointed with both the quality of the kitchen cleaning and the lack of customer service in addressing the concerns. We used Arizona Clean Pros for our move-out clean in the home we vacated and they did an AMAZING job for half the price!
