Not the place for me. It's too crowded (you're literally sitting on the lap of the customer next to you). It's not clean. Even with an appointment, they ran late. The tech was rough and did a supremely sloppy job on putting a single color on my nails. (dude, how difficult is that, my fingers don't need polish on them) They sent a follow up text to ask about appointment, when I provided a review they ask me to call them. Not happy at all. I don't recommend going here. I went to get a pedicure and the Guy doing my nails was very nice but could not communicate well. I was talked into getting a gel pedicure because I had gel and they charge extra so I decided OK for the extra $20 that they're charging me I'll get the gel all at the end of my pedicure the person doing my nails did regular polish not gel polish so not happy at all I picked $37 pedicure and wind up paying $52 because they charge me extra for the French and for stickers not even a design on my nails. I don't recommend if you wanna get a design they're going to try to sell you stickers or have put stickers on I will never go back to this place and I do not recommend it at all beautiful salon nice people but terrible service and mis communication. This was my second time coming to the salon. The salon is absolutely clean, very nice decor & even nicer staff. My first visit I was very pleased with my experience & outcome of my nails. However, this was my second time & I'm definitely not as pleased as I was the first time around. These are less than 2 weeks, $68. Overtime I've noticed are shaped crooked, the dip did not last as long as it normally has before, as you can see it's easily cracked and lifting on the edges. I understand pricing as it comes to designs, requests etc. I do not mind putting in the money when it comes to getting my nails done. However, in the nicest way possible, if Im putting a good amount of money in, I expect to get what I'm paying for & good quality work. read more

Overall decent: I was a walk in client. I didn't make a reservation so I was grateful they were able to get me in for a full gel mani and a full regular pedicure! But they sat me down and automatically came out with a blue for my pedi color when I didn't say anything about color yet. They only handed me a book after I told them that wasn't the color I wanted. And literally I'm not exaggerating, asked me what color I wanted right after handing it to me. I hadn't even opened the second book yet. And then they asked me again! I felt rushed so I blindly picked a purple. The color is growing on me kinda though luckily. A lady prepped my toes and cut my nails a little too short so now they're irritated, but the guy that did my mani cut my fingernails way shorter. They're a little red from being cut too short, then filed. And he was looking away and talking to the pedi lady when clipping my cuticles with the cuticle nippers! I know they know what they're doing....I guess....but please focus when you're using a sharp sharp object on my fingers. Luckily he didn't hurt me with the nippers but I was tense the whole time he was trimming them (cuticles). The mani and pedi turned out alright at least. So I'm satisfied because they look so much better than before but it's not the best mani and pedi I've ever had. I would try the salon again but not those manicurists. I've tried this place 4 or 5 times now. The first time was spectacular and ever since it's been mediocre depending on the person I get. Today I went because my other place was booked. Figured I'd give them one last try. Simple pedicure for $70 Rushed and very bad quality. Cut down my nails to the skin. Uneven and did no cuticle work. Polish is uneven and messy. Will not be back to waste money on a terrible quality again. Filled out their survey afterwards advising of this and received an unprofessional text message back saying, "OMG, we must have been really busy" They weren't busy, it was a Tuesday afternoon. With that said, busy or not - quality shouldn't be impacted due to volume of customers. Especially if you're charging what you're charging. read more

I called Beaute Nail & Spa requesting something "fun" and trendy. They immediately welcomed me in and showed me their wide selection of colors and designs. I was immediately attracted to the marble nails but I was worried it wouldn't look good on short nails. Fortunately, they put my worries to ease and did a beautiful job! BEWARE! Horrible customer service!! This salon charged my debit card 4x's the total amount!! My experience initially started off great with my mom and I enjoying two pedicures. When we went to check out/pay the salon's credit card system wasn't working correctly. Our cards were swiped 4 times and we were charged $288.00 instead of $72.00. When these charges posted the next day, I immediately called and explained what had happened to Tan. It took several phone calls and lots of back & forth just to get my money refunded (not to mention I had to deal with a banking overdraft nightmare). It's evident they don't take care of their customers and don't want repeat business (as this was my first and last visit here), all they offered for this inconvenience was 10% off my next service (equating to $4.00 total for a pedicure). Very poorly managed business, now I know where NOT to go!!! read more

Overall this nail salon is just not worth it I went in for a full set and pedicure. My full set came out nice but was 70$ for a basic color and design!! Insanely expensive for what they are. While that is already a big draw back it's not the worst part. The woman who did my pedicure was very rude and demanding the whole time. And to top it all off I also got a toe infection from it! I had not been to this salon before and thought I'd give it a try and you know how they try to upsell you on pedicures but because I've never been here I decided to just try the $35 basic pedicure and the woman who didn't understand me and I couldn't understand her kept trying to sell me on the $70 pedicure so I said no and we proceeded with the $35 pedicure. She proceeded to do my $35 pedicure and I felt because I didn't opt for the $70 pedicure that I got the $10 version of the $35 pedicure very fast hardly filed my nails buffed all of them at the same time while I'm watching other women get theirs individually buffed then when they put the spacers between your toes and she was gonna pull it out, I said no please leave it in because my toe will run into my other toe which will mess up the polish, but she proceeded to pull it out anyway so unfortunately, this looks like a nice shop, but if you don't get the high end, pedicures Don't bother getting the $35 pedicure because it was awful. read more
