I had consultations at other shops to see about fixing it and they even said theres no way to fix it other than removal because they are 2 totally different shapes. Waiting to get them lasered....and for the refund she said she will give me....that was over a month ago....because she was on vacation....guess she needs the money more than i do‍her excuse now is that she doesnt have to give me a refund because im suppose to come in for a touch up. First, they were 45 minute late for my appointment. I was called about 30 minutes before and told that they were running 10-15 minutes behind but it ended up being 45 - I was about to leave and they finally were ready. Second, ABSOLUTE lack of privacy!!! The treatment rooms are not private so all throughout my services there were people waliking through to get in and out of hte other rooms. No dressing rooms so once I was done with my massage I was not left to myself to get dressed and pulled together - I had to find my clothes and shoes that were still in the first treatment room and get dressed with an audience. I looked like a hot mess once I made my way to the reception area to pay since I had not had a minute to look at a mirror!

I came across her business IG and she was in the neighborhood so I took a chance that paid off. She works with precision and when you tell her what you need for your eyebrows she actually understands. No matter the trend, thin or thick she can do it. Personally for me, I prefer thicker brows. She uses wax and tweezes, isn't overly plucky and the experience is so relaxing I can practically fall asleep. There's this moment when she's almost done that she rubs your temples for a minute or two and it feels like heaven.
