When I got to my appointment Alisa has a wonderful personality and is very patient. She took her time making sure the eyebrows she was creating on my face was something I would love. I was going through a lot during that time a lot of self esteem issues and doing this was what I needed to make me feel beautiful again. I've wanted to get my brows done for quite sometime, so I began to follow a few brow artists on IG and fell in love with the work Alisa did. We had a video consultation and my brow appointment was scheduled a few weeks later. I was greeted by Alisa and walked into a space that was clean and welcoming. Before she began, she explained the process of what I was getting done which was micro shading and powder brows. The process was done with minimal discomfort because she applied numbing cream many times during the process. When she was done and I saw my brows, I was extremely happy with what I saw! She sent me home with an after-care kit and instinstructions to care for my brows. She also followed up with me to see how my brows were healing. This was my second time around with the lovely Alisa and the experience was even better! she took her time during the mapping process to ensure that i would have the perfect outcome. She's really perfect at her craft. Once we were done, I was ABSOLUTELY in love with my eyebrows! First time around, we did microblading & shading. Alisa is amazing! it's clear that she has a passion for her work and when you love what you do, it shows! I've never had any sort of permanent makeup experience or even a tattoo before so I was a little nervous and not sure what to expect, but the second that I walked through the door she put me at ease!
