This was the very first fill-in for the set. Less than 24 hours later, on the morning of June 8, one nail broke. On June 9, a second nail broke. I called the salon on June 10 to explain the situation. Rather than expressing concern about the quality of the service, the male manager immediately informed me that it would cost an additional $15 to repair the two nails because the salon does not guarantee fill-ins, only full sets. After a lengthy discussion, he eventually stated that the repairs could be done at no charge, but only if completed by the same technician who serviced me. Unfortunately, I had an event to attend that afternoon and could not risk an extended wait. The following day, I called again and spoke with a female manager. She also began by reiterating that fill-ins are not guaranteed and that repairs must be completed by the original technician. She then informed me that the salon was slow and, if I came immediately, they would make an exception and repair the nails. I rushed to the salon, which is less than a 10-minute drive away, only to arrive and be told there were already two people ahead of me and that the wait would be more than 30 minutes. This was especially frustrating given that I had specifically called ahead and adjusted my schedule based on the information I was provided. While I understand that salons have policies, I find it unreasonable that two nails would break within days of a routine fill-in and that the response was to argue policy rather than address a clear quality concern. What was most disappointing was not the broken nails themselves, but the lack of accountability, inconsistent communication, and poor customer service from management. As a first-time customer receiving a fill-in on a relatively new set, I expected better workmanship and a more customer-focused resolution. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with little confidence in returning.

I could not change it in 24 hours. Then she arrived late. I guess it's a generational thing but I wasn't warmly greeted when she arrived but simply told to select my color and I had already done so. There was no bottled water offered to paying customers and the pedicure station is a makeshift row bench not the usually recliners and bowls any spa goer is accustomed to. She did an excellent job on both the mani and pedi but seeing the $90 bill for both services made it difficult to tip for such basic services with no add on tips or paraffin waxes. Maybe my previous spa spoiled me with warm towel service and massage during each treatment but a girl wants what she wants especially for such high prices Needless to say...I'm still looking

Tony, an older guy did my pedicure. He paid attention to detail and listen to me when I spoke. There is a bit of a language barrier so I went to Google translate from English to Vietnamese to tell him exactly what I needed done and he did it. He took his time so if you're in a rush like you gotta be out of there by a certain time don't bother going to him. He did a great job. For a regular pedicure, they charge $30 for a no chip pedicure, which I got they charge $45!! My only complaint and it was a personal one was it was 76° in there I'm sure for some that's a perfect temperature. I was a little warm, but I got used to it. I will be back to let Tony do my feet again!!

Bryan did a great job I am very happy with the outcome he was right on it with the color and as you can see from the picture pretty much what I asked for. With my eyelashes I bought my own strips so instead of 17 it was 14 for them to put them on but the adhesive they use lasts way longer plus I was in a hurry to be ready it's memorial day weekend. I have my go to nail shop which will always be my first choice but this shop does more designs that I can't get at my go-to. Plus there is much more staff here.
