First time here they were quick to get me started. They have…read moremany techs and seem friendly . I was happy with how my nails turned out except the one big thing I mentioned 3 times to 2 different staff members (and also over the phone before I came in) I wanted was glow in the dark and these were not. They were lovely but again my main request was glow in the dark as I was reassured repeatedly that's what I was getting. Other than that I'd go back I probably still will for a fill in.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Taday Nails…read more On Sunday, June 7, I visited the salon for a fill-in on an existing set and paid $76.26. This was the very first fill-in for the set. Less than 24 hours later, on the morning of June 8, one nail broke. On June 9, a second nail broke. I called the salon on June 10 to explain the situation. Rather than expressing concern about the quality of the service, the male manager immediately informed me that it would cost an additional $15 to repair the two nails because the salon does not guarantee fill-ins, only full sets. After a lengthy discussion, he eventually stated that the repairs could be done at no charge, but only if completed by the same technician who serviced me. Unfortunately, I had an event to attend that afternoon and could not risk an extended wait. The following day, I called again and spoke with a female manager. She also began by reiterating that fill-ins are not guaranteed and that repairs must be completed by the original technician. She then informed me that the salon was slow and, if I came immediately, they would make an exception and repair the nails. I rushed to the salon, which is less than a 10-minute drive away, only to arrive and be told there were already two people ahead of me and that the wait would be more than 30 minutes. This was especially frustrating given that I had specifically called ahead and adjusted my schedule based on the information I was provided. While I understand that salons have policies, I find it unreasonable that two nails would break within days of a routine fill-in and that the response was to argue policy rather than address a clear quality concern. What was most disappointing was not the broken nails themselves, but the lack of accountability, inconsistent communication, and poor customer service from management. As a first-time customer receiving a fill-in on a relatively new set, I expected better workmanship and a more customer-focused resolution. Unfortunately, this experience has left me with little confidence in returning.

Literally the WORST experience ever. I'm from out of town I came in for my granny's birthday…read more FIRST I scheduled an appointment, the lady at the first seat said that it was fine to come in at the time I asked. I get in and she asks what I want then tells me I have to wait because she can't take me anymore someone else booked an appointment. UM HUH?!? Then the guy she gave me to rushed my nails. He kept cutting my fingers and the tools were getting too hot. what I originally wanted he wasn't able to do bc the fil in shade was not correct. So I asked if he just wanted to take my old set off and redo he said no it takes to much time. so yall dnt want the money. Heard. So I choose something easier for them to do, MY NAILS LOOKS LUMPY AF! The shape is terrible. I'm so mad I could cry. I refused to sit in there and let them even try to fix it because yall have played in my face enough. NEVER AGAIN if I could have put zero stars I would. NEGATIVE if possible. Edit: 11/9/25- after 2 hours of filing and shaping my nails down to look decent on Friday, today I went to look at my nails and my thumb nail has peeled off. Please do not ever support this business. Pictures attached.

This place was better than I thought it was going to be. I had been skeptical because it looked…read morelike the hood over there but for the most part the hood always does good feet. I had been to salons all over the city I found a great one on the north side but it's just too far. This place is a lonely a few blocks from me which is great. I paid $60-including my tip for a no chip mani pedi. That's how much I used to pay in Philly so I was cool with that. The only thing I had a problem with was the lady didn't scrub my feet. She wanted to used that rake scrubber thing which I don't usually have people use on my feet they just scrub it with the pumice scrubber so I believe I threw her off that way because she didn't use the purple scrub on my legs just a little scrub and done. I messed with her process. She did scrub a little more when I asked her but next time I go I will just tell her make sure you scrub good but don't use that scraper thing on me. I will be back. It would be nice if they had a loyalty card. That'll be dope! Thanks guys! See you soon. -Jaz
