She gave me a bid for the project, helped me choose the perfect color and style of metal to use, and coordinated everything with the installers. He's very knowledgeable and always explained the next process. * They hadn't yet torn down their scaffolding that was around our entire house yet, so the window installers were happily using, then we had to evacuate due to fire and vendors were about ready to be blocked from entering our community. I called Brian to warn if he wants a guarantee his scaffolding didn't burn he should come get, he was more concerned about us and others. * Debra in accounting was kind and helpful and patient with a few questions I had for her * Stucco is a super super messy job, the workers were working is very hot temps (a week plus of heat wave), covered in stucco, worked very hard, yet always a good morning with a smile * Arturo was our foreman. He was just as wonderful as Brian, professional and kind. He too never made me feel like I was a pain with my questions and checked in with me regularly. Some days I'd get a text update from Brian and the same day I'd get the same update from Arturo. Great with communication. * They covered our driveway to protect it when they needed to start the messy process * I had some difficulty with 2 new pier mount lights that needed to be installed on top of our two 1/2 walls. Electrician said I need a cement guy, cement guys ghosted me, too small of a job I'm assuming. The entire stucco on house was done except those 2 half walls and Nevada Drywall Stucco & Stone had to come back out to finish, waiting for me to solve 1/2 walls patiently. Brian calls me, comes over, and comes up with a solution, they had it done in 2 days and looks better than I could have imagined. Instead of charging extra for having to wait on me for a month to come back (or come back at all), Brian suggested I pay the bid of the house, but withhold 2K, then pay balance after walls were done. They didn't even charge me for their solution for the lights. Impressive and rarely seen nowadays. * The stucco looks great, and they matched the original stucco color. * Just a last silly mention. Every day there were many stucco workers, one would sing loud and happy every day. It always brought a smile to my face. How nice it is to hear happy singing vs complaining, and I wouldn't blame them a bit if I heard complaining, (hot and messy profession) but not once did I. They of course are licensed with the Nevada Contractors Board and insured. They are great team players as well. We were getting a new roof and windows as well. There's a certain process that needs to be done and that meant sometimes the companies were working the same day. Never was there a complaint, a matter of fact, Brian and Arturo would keep me posted and made suggestions. Thank you Brian, Arturo, the very hard working stucco guys and Debra. We hired this company to redo a computer room carpet with wood laminate flooring and repaint. The…read more2 workers showed up fairly promptly and got to work immediately. The old carpet came up, floor prepared and vinyl planks started. That part of the job went fast, but black 'dust' from cutting the boards to fit flew everywhere. Nothing was put up in the room doorway.....there was a closet full of clothes in the closet which all got this fine black dust on them. Had they said something to me, I would've covered them with an old sheet. Aside from that and the worker having a bit of trouble rehanging the closet sliding doors which my husband helped him accomplish, all turned out very nice. Todd, the contractor, never dropped by to check on his men through the 2 days they were there. Next came installation of a new pre-hung front door which I had ordered and purchased. Three men arrived, 2 were the same 2 that redid the room last week. They got to work, removing our storm door first, then the existing front door and frame. They worked for a few hours without us hovering over their every move. Pretty soon l see one guy has started rolling the paint (I bought) onto the outside of the new door. The color wasn't looking right so Luis (job foreman, I guess) called me. The texture of the rolled on paint was the first thing i noticed. Not smooth like one wants for a front door. The color just needed a couple coats to be right, however the rolled on paint was just looking horrible. By late afternoon, the whole job, including erroneously placed kick plate holes, arched threshold so door didn't close properly, and the new paint which was so thick I could peel it off in big pieces, was a completely botched mess. Our storm door was ruined as they cut off a length on the bottom trying to get it to shut properly which wasn't happening because of the bowled threshold. Again, Todd hadn't stopped by at all that day. So I took pictures and texted Todd asking him to please come over and see what they'd done. He was there very soon with another worker whom he said to me "he can fix anything!" This poor guy looked, measured, shook his head, looked some more, then he and Todd decided the whole new door needed to be replaced. So after Todd reordered the new door, spray painted it in their workshop, and then brought it over, this new guy got it properly installed. This second door and all work done was covered by Todd. We had no hassle over that at all and he took care of it, knowing his crew was at fault. The only thing we'll have to do is purchase a new storm door. We appreciated that he stands by his work very much. In closing, I think if Todd had dropped by earlier in the day, that maybe the original door could've been salvaged...maybe. Would I hire him again? Questionable. He's a great guy whom we like very much, but his workers aren't the best. I know it's hard to get good help since COVID, but I would be hesitant at this time.

Little did we know that HE wasn't satisfied with the size of a gap, so he ordered us a whole new door, cost absorbed by Bighorn Glass.
