First, I called ahead to ask about the price for a service I wanted, and they gave me one price over the phone. But as soon as I got there, suddenly it was a different price. I don't know what they were trying to pull, but why give false information over the phone and then expect me to pay more in person? Very unprofessional. That was the first red flag. Anyway, she still starts doing the service, and once we go to the back, I notice she's doing something I've literally never seen before. I kept communicating with her like, "Hey, I specifically asked for a wax, nothing else." But she kept saying, "Oh no, this is how we do it," so I'm trying to trust her and give her the benefit of the doubt. After the service, I honestly still wasn't happy. And it's not like I stayed quiet either, I was communicating the whole time and telling her exactly what I was uncomfortable with. But it felt like she wasn't even trying to hear me out because she would just start speaking in her language instead. Kim did an amazing job on my nails. She made sure they looked exactly how I wanted them and paid attention to every detail. She's quick, but she never rushes the work, and my nails came out looking amazing. The young man who works there was also wonderful. He made sure the flower design was placed exactly where I wanted it and was so patient while making adjustments until it was perfect. One thing I really appreciate is the pricing. I was honestly surprised at how reasonable it was for the quality of work I received. I've been to other salons and at-home nail techs that charged much more, but the results didn't compare. I've had experiences where old acrylic wasn't removed AT ALL (because they didn't offer that service but wanted to charge $70 and up! As well as wanted ME to remove old ACRYLIC from my nails) French tips were uneven, nails weren't shaped consistently, or there were extra charges for every little thing. At T Diamond Nails, I felt like they genuinely cared about making sure I left happy with my nails. The quality, customer service, and prices are all amazing. I highly recommend giving them a try.
