(not sure if that is standard or not). she never held the skin taught so it felt like I was going to be lifted off the table by my V with each rip of wax. once finished, she opened the door and walked out while I still was undressed and uncovered. After dressing, she met me at the counter and made me and the receptionist schedule a follow up appointment right then. very pressing and pushy. felt obligated to leave a tip as well. overall, poor experience and would NOT RECOMMEND.

She got right to work on my problem areas, firm pressure, and radiated positive energy. I'm so happy I was able to get in last minute on a Sunday afternoon and will be rebooking right away for another service. Pricing is typical for the area. My only complaint would be that the online booking form asks for gratuity when you schedule and pay-.... How am I supposed to know what I want to leave of I don't know how the service was? I mean, you can leave $0 or whatever and bring cash (they have gratuity envelopes) but I just thought it was awkward and weird to ask for it in advance. I was not able to use it, of course during the pandemic, even though I tried several times. After a consultation with the manager, the lovely receptionist told me that they would not honor the gift certificate $100. The gift certificate did not have an expiration date on it, but evidently they have a policy that it cannot be used after five years. Especially in light of the closures during the pandemic. I do not think this was right. I choose to no longer patronize this business and will be getting my massages elsewhere from now on.
