The jelly soak felt incredible and made the whole treatment so relaxing. What really stood out to me was how much time and care they put into every step. Nothing felt rushed at all. They did a thorough exfoliation, massage, and really took their time making sure everything was perfect. My feet feel unbelievably soft and refreshed. You can tell they genuinely care about the service they provide and want their clients to have a great experience. Evelyn is an impressive nail artist, but this place is just way too overpriced. My daughters and I ended up spending a total of $500 for 1 pedicure and 3 gel sets. This is absolutely unreal The fact that they don't even show the prices was a red flag for me however I didn't think it was going to be this ridiculous. Sophie did my Nails. She did OK, but she was so rushed that she overfilled one of my nails and it was crooked, so Evelyn had to fix it, they have a charge up for everything you do, including removing your gel wax to polishing each nail! Lol I have to say parking was super super easy to do!... All of you guys that follow me know that parking is a very big deal to me especially in Vegas when it's like 100 Bajillion degrees outside!!! Me and my family went early today to get mani, pedi's Everyone was welcoming but they were a bit over priced and now later in the Same Day, My Aunts Nails Started To Bubble And Peeling and when we called they didn't want to accommodate her and fix her nails claiming they were closed a whole hour before they were to be closing and then offered her not even half of what she paid! And she paid almost a good 500 dollars on all our nails! And as rude on the phone and wouldn't get her the manager on the phone after offering to talk to her. (Food was probably because of the Christmas season) Drinks are offered each time you go and get services fine. Went in with my best friend and asked for "basic" pedicures because this place is really pricey! My pedicure came to $47 for the "relax" option (not sure how that happened, we asked for a basic) and my best friend's was $77. We left a little shocked. Later, she called and asked why it was $77. They charges an extra $15 for gel and $15 for chrome. While we understand that gel is extra, these upcharges and extras were exorbitant!! We had no idea that the color chosen was a "chrome." This place needs to be very upfront with their charges. We feel completely scammed. Crazy read more

I went there with my nieces that are 10 and 11 years and was overcharged for the services we received. Was charged adult prices for kids and overcharged me for my pedicure. The cost in the book for a Deluxe Pedicure was 57.00. they charged me 77.00 also charged an extra10.00 for nail service when girl that did my nieces toenail polish scratched the big toe when she was finished. they touched up but charged 10 dollars more. would never go there again. read more

When I lived in Orange County, I had a nail salon that I would go to and they treated me like I was on the show of Cheers. Everyone knew my name and it was a great experience when I walked in but they always gave great service no matter which tech you got. When I moved to Las Vegas, it was hard to find that same experience. I bounced around multiple salons but never felt at home. Sometimes the service would be good but the pedicure not great. Other times the pedicure would be good but the service was medicore. Then I found Relax Nail & Spa. The service is always super great but all the Nail techs also know their way around in-grown toe nails which is why I mainly go in for pedicures. They always do such a great job to prevent my ingrowns from getting worse. It always hurts so good when they get in there and cut away. For gentlemen who also have ingrowns, please come here and bring your wives/gfs. My wife will be leaving a rave review too as they saved her day after a horrible experience at another salon. read more

I wanted one color on all eight of my fingers and a different color on just my pinkies. The girl in Chair 1 wanted to charge $10 for the two fingers. I didn't want a design just the glitter nail polish. Felt like she was trying to get over, what's putting a different color on two fingers? They have to be painted anyways. I really wanted to like this location because I live so close but after going at least 10 times, I just don't like it and am looking for a new nail salon. Pedicures here are okay, nothing special, but manicures are pretty bad. Each time I come, I'm treated like the tech is in a rush. Even when no one is there! They use the spinning nail file to completely remove artificial nails and they aren't careful enough to not remove my natural nail. My fingernails took 3 months to grow out from all the breakage they caused. Multiple times the tech cut me with the spinning file from rushing so much. I was bleeding and the tech had the audacity to say "you're sensitive " despite my missing finger skin and blood. The nails looked nice and lasted long, but I believe I can go to a place that doesn't rush the process and destroy my natural nails while also looking nice. One older male tech did an absolutely amazing job with my gel x manicure, if there was a way to guarantee I only ever saw him again, I'd return. He took his time, he didn't cut me, those nails weren't coming off until he took them off. But he is never there when I try to book him so I assume he doesn't work there anymore. They were able to make my toenails look real despite missing many of them (I'm a runner), and the fake acrylic toenails lasted the entire year with only needing fills. So I gave 1 star for at least being able to fix my ugly feet to something considerably better. read more

If I could give this place no stars, I would. Got my nails done on April 2nd, and by the 5th nails were cracking and gel polish peeling off. My nails were not done properly to be begin with, and they completely rushed my service. The acrylic was entirely too thin, which caused the cracking and breaking. I go in to explain the issue and their attitudes were just not pleasant. She didn't redo the other nails that were cracked, but instead rushed and sloped on a nail for the one nail that was completely broken. That nail looks horrible, and now I have to find somewhere else to get them completely done over. To top it off this chick had the nerve to demand tip?! Yeah, absolutely not! Will absolutely never return, nor do I recommend this establishment to anyone. read more

She was very professional, I asked for the Jasmine pedicure and my senses were taken to a field of Jasmine flowers. Great experience, very comfortable and toes looked amazing!
