I had a break in between meetings and decided to get my nails done nearby at a place I had never been to. DO NOT GO! I went here for a quick wax and decided to try them and do my nails also. There was only 1 customer the entire hour I was there. They did not use the right process. I am distraught at how ugly my nails are and how much my fingers hurt. This is very unprofessional work. Me and my family went early today to get mani, pedi's Everyone was welcoming but they were a bit over priced and now later in the Same Day, My Aunts Nails Started To Bubble And Peeling and when we called they didn't want to accommodate her and fix her nails claiming they were closed a whole hour before they were to be closing and then offered her not even half of what she paid! And she paid almost a good 500 dollars on all our nails! And as rude on the phone and wouldn't get her the manager on the phone after offering to talk to her. Went in with my best friend and asked for "basic" pedicures because this place is really pricey! My pedicure came to $47 for the "relax" option (not sure how that happened, we asked for a basic) and my best friend's was $77. We left a little shocked. Later, she called and asked why it was $77. They charges an extra $15 for gel and $15 for chrome. While we understand that gel is extra, these upcharges and extras were exorbitant!! We had no idea that the color chosen was a "chrome." This place needs to be very upfront with their charges. We feel completely scammed. Crazy read more

The cost in the book for a Deluxe Pedicure was 57.00. they charged me 77.00 also charged an extra10.00 for nail service when girl that did my nieces toenail polish scratched the big toe when she was finished. they touched up but charged 10 dollars more. would never go there again. read more

When I lived in Orange County, I had a nail salon that I would go to and they treated me like I was on the show of Cheers. Everyone knew my name and it was a great experience when I walked in but they always gave great service no matter which tech you got. When I moved to Las Vegas, it was hard to find that same experience. I bounced around multiple salons but never felt at home. Sometimes the service would be good but the pedicure not great. Other times the pedicure would be good but the service was medicore. Then I found Relax Nail & Spa. The service is always super great but all the Nail techs also know their way around in-grown toe nails which is why I mainly go in for pedicures. They always do such a great job to prevent my ingrowns from getting worse. It always hurts so good when they get in there and cut away. For gentlemen who also have ingrowns, please come here and bring your wives/gfs. I wanted one color on all eight of my fingers and a different color on just my pinkies. The girl in Chair 1 wanted to charge $10 for the two fingers. Absolutely terrible. PAULINE the main girl in the first chair working here is absolutely disgusting. She's not even the owner or manager, just a basic nail tech who is a racist liar. I made an appt for two weeks in advance & ended up getting Covid a week before my appt & got the days mixed up & missed my appt by an honest mistake. I called the day after my actual appt to ask when it was & she answered the phone & said " you miss already, it was yesterday at 9:30 " I was very apologetic about that & even told her I would compensate the women who I made the appt with. She said " no we don't take appt from you anymore this is your second time, no more! & hung up the phone. I was literally in shock.. mind you this was my very first time EVER trying to go here from a referral I got from a friend. In disbelief that she really hung up in my face I drove to the store since she said I couldn't make anymore appts because I missed my first one & she was there sitting with complete attitude & when I asked who the lady was on the phone she smiled like she was proud & said "me" I continued to express to her how unprofessional & so disrespectful it was to hang up on a customer who was sincerely expressing her apologies for missing the appt & she said " you make her wait all day" " she lose money" blah blah blah.. I even said I would pay double to make up for my mistake because I genuinely did feel bad & she said no you can wait for owner. When I tell you how disgusting this lady was speaking to me infront of other customers you wouldn't believe she has a job in the customer service business. I have the video of the whole encounter & i replay it in disbelief over & over. I sat & waited for the owner to come in because I was so embarrassed for being treated that way. Everyone in the nail salon was Asian & I was the only black person in there. They were laughing at me as I sat there in silence waiting for the owner as they continued to talk in a different language. The owner was very apologetic for his employees behavior but I don't think he really took care of the situation. I told him he lost a customer because of HER & he said that's unfortunate but who knows how he really feels. I was humiliated & left speechless because of this worker & I would NEVER recommend ANYONE ever coming here. I really wanted to like this location because I live so close but after going at least 10 times, I just don't like it and am looking for a new nail salon. Pedicures here are okay, nothing special, but manicures are pretty bad. Each time I come, I'm treated like the tech is in a rush. Even when no one is there! They use the spinning nail file to completely remove artificial nails and they aren't careful enough to not remove my natural nail. My fingernails took 3 months to grow out from all the breakage they caused. Multiple times the tech cut me with the spinning file from rushing so much. I was bleeding and the tech had the audacity to say "you're sensitive " despite my missing finger skin and blood. The nails looked nice and lasted long, but I believe I can go to a place that doesn't rush the process and destroy my natural nails while also looking nice. One older male tech did an absolutely amazing job with my gel x manicure, if there was a way to guarantee I only ever saw him again, I'd return. He took his time, he didn't cut me, those nails weren't coming off until he took them off. But he is never there when I try to book him so I assume he doesn't work there anymore. They were able to make my toenails look real despite missing many of them (I'm a runner), and the fake acrylic toenails lasted the entire year with only needing fills. So I gave 1 star for at least being able to fix my ugly feet to something considerably better. read more

If I could give this place no stars, I would. Got my nails done on April 2nd, and by the 5th nails were cracking and gel polish peeling off. My nails were not done properly to be begin with, and they completely rushed my service. The acrylic was entirely too thin, which caused the cracking and breaking. I go in to explain the issue and their attitudes were just not pleasant. She didn't redo the other nails that were cracked, but instead rushed and sloped on a nail for the one nail that was completely broken. That nail looks horrible, and now I have to find somewhere else to get them completely done over. To top it off this chick had the nerve to demand tip?! Yeah, absolutely not! Will absolutely never return, nor do I recommend this establishment to anyone. read more
