I came into town to visit my mom and brought her for mani/pedis. Pedis were done by women and nice, but men did our gel manis and they did not do a good job. The gel was sloppy and thick and pooled at the cuticles. They also cut our cuticles and we left with chunks missing after bleeding. Whole experience was rushed and not enjoyable. Manicures look old because the cuticle area. Came here for location convenience, and willing to pay the higher prices, but left highly disappointed. Save yourself the trouble and make the drive to nicer parts of town where technicians take pride in the final product. What was meant to be an enjoyable experience with my mom turned out to be extremely disappointing.
AMAZING SERVICE. AMAZING NAILS. GREAT PRICES. We went as a Bachelorette party with 5 girls and we all walked our smiling and in love with our mani/pedis. I had booked with the owner, Linda, a month ahead of time knowing we would be in town for a bach trip and the first thing we would need is a fresh mani/pedi. They were prepared for us from the get go and ready to work on all of us. They also had the capacity to take walk-ins if needed. My girl, Larice, took care of me from my pedi to mani. She knew exactly what she was doing and I just trusted her. When we got to my mani, she saw that I had a few broken nails and she suggested that I get gel-x on them to even them out. She really took the care and attention to make sure my nails were all even, shaped to perfection, and exactly how I like it. I originally wanted to just do 2 coats of sheer pink, do something simple, but she brought out this really pretty glitter topper that she thought would look good on top! Very professional nail artist and you can tell she loves what she does. The prices are great and we got a 10% discount for checking in on Yelp. The service was quick and pleasant. We walked out of there loving our service. Would definitely go back again if I'm back in Vegas. I'm at 2 weeks out from my appointment with Larice and the mani is still looking flawless. No chips at all.

She deserves to be with her boyfriend. I asked her 4 times to correct my nails because i was leaving with jagged nailed + dip polish all over my hands. I was going straight into work as well - we all sometimes work on Christmas; but treat people with a tad respect. Especially when they're paying $68 in a manicure. Absolute joke. Beyond disappointed in the service. Will never return.
Make sure to have a reservation since they get packed really quickly. I came at 10 am when they opened and I was able to get my pedicure in but I waited awhile for someone to do my acrylics. Overall I liked the service and the prices are fair. If I'm ever in the area I'll definitely stop by again.
UPDATE Do not get acrylics here!! A different guy did my nails and I asked them to fix my crooked nails multiple times and he just wouldn't do it. I requested dip powder and he filed my nails down so much that it left empty spots without the powder, I asked him to go over it with powder one more time and he said he was going to but instead he just painted over my nails when I didn't not request any paint. The nails all came out lumpy and crooked and the paint was all over the sides. I was in a rush to leave so I honestly just gave up asking him to fix it and booked it out of there. I always tip them good and ask them politely to fix things I don't like. I will not come back here.

She hooked me up. I've never chipped or broken a nail since I've been seeing her and going to "Top Vegas Spa". All the girls do a beautiful job. Check them out.
I went to get my lashes done by Tiffany, and during the service I questioned her methods because it was unusual to me, but she explained that shes been doing lashes for a long time and she has her own way of doing things. When she was doing my lashes, she put so much pressure on my eyes pressing them down that she popped a blood vessel and it formed a blood clot in my right eye. I was pleased with the end result of my lashes, until the blood clot settled in through the day. Ive been getting my lashes done for a while, and this has never happened. Again, she did amazing work, however, it did COST. The doctor told me it'll heal in a few weeks, but I wish I didn't have this blood clot a day before my MBA graduation. Not the most ideal.

Wtf? $150+ down the drain. A reminder to me and those who have a hard time advocating for themselves: always speak up, especially if your gut is telling you something isn't right! Also, don't let anyone tell you what you want won't look good!!
Had Tina do my nails today and she was amazing! She's super sweet and efficient. My nails even turned out better than what I asked for! She shaped them very beautifully as well. Love coming here and will keep coming here and recommending this place in the future.

I took my girlfriend here for a full set, and it turned into one of the worst customer service experiences we've ever had. From the beginning, the nail technician made us uncomfortable by repeatedly calling my girlfriend "sexy" right in front of me. He also kept aggressively flicking and jerking her hands around while working on her nails. My girlfriend was in a lot of pain throughout the appointment. We later realized the technician had actually filed into her natural nails, causing them to become damaged. You can see the damage in the attached photo. We asked for a different technician, hoping things would improve, but unfortunately the second technician handled her hands just as roughly. By that point, three of my girlfriend's fingers were bleeding. This is not an exaggeration. When we decided to leave, the situation escalated. The door was locked, and we were pressured into paying for the service. The only solution they offered was a $20 discount despite everything that had happened. At one point, one of the technicians grabbed my girlfriend's wrist. I immediately told her to let go and asked everyone to step back. We began recording the interaction for our own protection because we felt surrounded and intimidated. The staff later asked us to remove our videos from social media, but we have every right to document an interaction when we feel unsafe. If necessary, we are prepared to defend that right. My girlfriend's hands were sore for days afterward. Once they had healed enough, we went to Nail Gossip, where she had an amazing experience. They completed her nails in about an hour with professionalism and care--a complete contrast to the nearly four hours of stress and pain we experienced here. This experience was unacceptable from start to finish. We only came here because it was the only nail salon open at the time, and we deeply regret that decision. read more

The customer service is great but the nail job was very very bad. I did dip nails and aftwr my session, the nail tech left pain under neath my nail. I had to ask for a cotton ball and clean them off myself. after 4 days the top layer is cracking. I went in to get it fixed with no problem, but fast forward 6 days they are cracking again. I thought dip nails were supposed to be stronger and durable? Not to mention the price for my nails were way overcharged. I was charged $65 and the job was done horribly. read more

On the phone the entire time and wasn't paying attention. Every nail has a different shape paid over $50 dollars for a messed up full set with no polish. when I was leaving she came to me and tried to file it some more to try and (fix it) i said no grabbed my phone and she thought I was taking her phone and tried to stop me then realized it was my phone I grabbed. Very Very unprofessional and disappointing. 0.5 out of 10 do not recommend maybe only if it's the last option. Ok bye Update: i went back to get my nails fixed the next day. Once I got there, the manager of the salon pulled me to the side and told me she needed to talk to me. She asked why I didn't call her so I said I just came in instead, and she mentioned how she saw my one star review on yelp. Clearly upset about it. Wow- basically the best nails I've had in years at a fair price with last minute booking! I came straight from the airport at 10pm on a Saturday and was delighted to get gab time at the salon. I was late as my flight was late but the staff was VERY sweet, did not act rushed, and chatted with me while working on my nails. Plus, English was great with diverse technicians that doubled as hilarious! Do not let facilities fail you (strip mall)- it is a luxe experience when you walk inside and meet the lovely girls! I have very short nails and it was fast and perfection for a longer dip nail with pink gel polish. Everyone there was ultra professional and not at all rushed. In fact, I felt welcome despite showing up late and on a Saturday night at that! I'm SO delighted with my nails which have lasted over a week of work, piano, travel, etc. The sweet staff was an awesome Bonus! Plus this salon is actually open very late (up to midnight) and everyone had a great attitude! Thank you Top nails Vegas- you're my new go to when I'm in town! read more

I was running errands and had time to spare so yelped the closest nail salon and found this with good reviews. I called first just to check and they were able to get me in asap. Second time a guy did my nails. Leo was very efficient. Loads of colors to choose from. Sat on the usual massage chair and had a pleasant time having my pedicure. Took about almost an hour for a pedicure. Happy with my pretty and clean feet. Will be back read more

My friends and I came here for a few services before my bachelorette weekend. My sister and my two friends wanted their nails done and I wanted false lashes. The salon was very clean and the associates were nice. The woman who did my lashes was very nice. However, she did not put lashes that I wanted. I told her I like them more natural. I usually get 11/12mm. She did my lashes in less than an hour and when I opened my eyes, she put very exaggerated lashes on. 15mm! Since it was already on, there wasn't much I could do. They looked nice but a bit more exaggerated than my liking. My sister liked them so I let it be. There was a big price difference. It was my mistake for not asking for the price up front. She said it would normally be $180 for the mega but she gave it to me for $160. The classics were $120. Sigh. My friends and sister got their nails done and liked it though one person did not put a base coat on their nails. Weird. We paid and left. Yelp had a check in discount so that helped bring the price down. So my sister does lashes too but didn't have time to do mine. She said the woman put the lashes too low and didn't actually use individual strands of lashes. For a few days after, my eyes were twitching. I think the lashes were too heavy so I ended up ripping some off which did help the twitching a little. My friend is an eye doctor and she said it was definitely causing strain on my eyes because they were so heavy. By the next week, I ripped them all off. During my appointment, I told the woman I wear glasses too so I don't like them long otherwise it hits my lenses. So much for that. Be clear with what you want and ask for the price first! read more

Came to Vegas for a weekend trip with the girls and needed to get my nails done and found this nail shop close to the strip that opens until MIDNIGHT!! Called them and they were able to take me and 2 of my girls right away! This shop is really nice and CLEAN! They have plenty of chairs and staff and were very accommodating and gave us great service! I LOVE the way my nails turned out! My nail tech is Tracy B. She's very personable too! Everyone also liked the way their nails looked! Price is average and you will definitely be satisfied! I go here all the time... Danielle is the girl to see!! She did this beautiful set and I love it!!! The night before I went in I really wasn't feeling the set prior to these and she insisted I come back in to get them fixed and changed to my liking.. I told her I was going to Cabo so she said sayyyy less and came up with this set!! I couldn't be happier!! She's amazing and definitely a joy to be around... What I asked for vs what I got... I understand if you can't do it, but just say it I came here and got an express pedicure and small full set and sat for over 2 hours, the lady who did my manicure was basically experimenting and cut my day short. $167 for gel full set and pedi..
