The only thing this place provides you, is over priced nails and a bad attitude for the nail tech lady. Specifically the Cuban with glasses, I don't know what's her problem but every time I have come, she always did not want to do my nails and will try to fight the owner. Which is odd because I have never been disrespectful to her. read more

Super disappointing, went to get nails Done for a wedding, the shape was not what was asked, the French tip was done poorly didn't use two coats, the work around the cuticle was poorly done looks as though the nails were already needing a fill had to come to a different nail salon to get the fixed would not be going back. read more

First and last time visitor here. I stopped by because they were open late on a Saturday night so I could get a pedicure. This is not something I do often, but I thought I might treat myself. However, the lady immediately immersed my feet in scalding, hot water, better suited for boiling potatoes! She was very uninterested in improving the temperature. She trimmed my nails and did the scraping and all of the things. She was not very interested in the massage portion of the evening. She kind of rubbed my right foot and pretty much ignored my left foot and then told me she was finished. This is not the blissful experience of my wife talks about at her place. Meh. I'll cut my own toenails next time. read more

the staff is completely rude, bird brains. if i call for a pedicure and get told it's a 20 minute wait, show up in those 20 minutes. why am i getting told it's going to be a 30 minute wait because a walk-in came in? i was literally waiting in my car right outside, so why wouldnt they just call back. read more

So I got my nails done 9 days ago and literally two days ago (within a week) I had to go back up to the salon and have one of the ladies fix TWO broken nails. The first girl who originally did my set made them too thin! She even asked me if I wanted her to make the nails thicker and I told her yes! However she didn't and still she had the audacity to charge me $65! In my opinion if you're not well experienced, please don't charge anyone full price when I could've paid someone else to do a way better job. I am disappointed because these were suppose to be my holiday nails. So after I went back for my two nails to be fixed, BOOM..... there goes another nail that just popped off like a press on nail shaking my head! Don't recommend..:. I love coming to this nail salon prices are affordable and they're great at shaping my nails perfectly and creating cute designs. I love how laid back it is here and it's never too crowded so I feel I can relax. I'd recommend bringing some headphones to listen to music or watch some movies because they do not have any tv. But other than that they always do good work and I've gotten my eye brows waxed here a couple times and I've always loved the results! Try them out. read more

My new mail shop for sure. Have tried several places and they have all seemed to fail and making nails last but Phil does such an amazing job and the nails he does lasts about 3 weeks. He actually takes his time and makes sure that the quality he puts out is up to par and you will leave happy with his work 100% of the time. Highly recommend. Finally I have arrived! I've been stalking Elan Nails for quite some time and I was very fortunate to get a moment to walk in! Even more fortunate that they accepted me as a walk in without any notice! When I came in I was excited to see so many gel Colors and designs available to to check out and was given a moment to browse! Ashley started surgery on my old nails, ultimately they couldn't be saved but she took care of me and replaced my full set! Next I was set in Phillips aka Smoooth operator's chair! Phillip is such a funny guy! He took great care of my nails and made sure I liked them every step of the way! He even encouraged me to try out chrome, which I'm glad I did because I haven't stopped receiving compliments on them since! Then I was passed to Lido the "Nail gigolo"! Trust me everyone here had me almost in labor from laughing! Lido has got to have a band of stalkers! His pedicure was amazing! I didn't get scraped, knocked, nothing! Just pure tlc and you can tell he enjoys his job and making women feel like women again... because I came in a grizzly bear and left a swan! I had a bad day and decided I needed a pedicure...at 8:30 at night. Finding a salon super close that was open proved challenging, so I ended up at Elan Nails, which was conveniently open until 10 pm. I got a pedicure with gel polish and callus removal. These were both extra charges, which I justified by using the 10% off Yelp check-in coupon. I cannot remember how much extra these add-ons were, but it was well worth it, since gel polish is a necessity for me, and my feet really needed the callus removal process. An added perk was that they had a sweet pup wandering around the salon, often following around the techs. This pedicure experience turned my bad day into a better one. read more

The worst experience in my life!!!! The treatment you get there is horrible !!! The nails came out so unprofessional and just bad and fast work .... I originally booked with someone else at this salon but there was a confusion because I thought there was only one guy working there that does my nails , it was my 3rd time going to this salon I never saw 2 guys ... They didn't Evan ask who I meant when I booked the appointment , "Long story short " They had a boy do my nails ... At first they argued with me that I didn't even mention him when I booked until I showed them when I called before and that I did ...I left with tears in my eyes cause I'm flying out to Mexico for my birthday tonight and have no time to fix it. I stumble upon nail shop some months ago and gave been coming back because everyone is so friendly. ASHLEY!!!! Always does my nails, i get complements almost everyday when she does them. If I could give a 0 I would . Definitely the worst service I ever had. I called wanted gel at first but changed my mind when the the lady who did my nails was drilling my gel off and hurt my nails and burned my skin a little as well. I asked her to soak it off because she was trying to continue and even though the layers of gel was still on my nails. When they said to soak off is $15 I didn't think it was worth it because I still have gel on my fingers and I had to tell her how to do her job also my nails were peeling gel . The owner said she would do my nails because how the lady left my nails (photo below) and they wanted to still charge $15 with my nails looking crazy but it was too late the lady already hurt my fingers and left all the gel on my hands. From the location to the people that work here... 5 stars! So down to earth. First off, it wasn't busy for a Tuesday morning. 3 workers and all of them provided me with a small service, and it was great! I can tell that they liked what they do. The woman talked to me about my previous work and consulted me about my nails. The thin guy gave me my pedicure, omg that foot massage was life. I wanted the calluses remover but he pointed out I didn't need and saved me $5. The owner did my fill and he did such quality work. This is my new favorite salon. Definitely great work! read more

I was in the area and needed a pedicure ASAP! I called Elan Nails as I was about 5 minutes away, and I was able to get a spot immediately! The pedicure was great, the lady did a great job of cleaning/tidying my nails. The scrub and hot towel massage was amazing too. 10/10 Pedicure! read more

Very horrible experience, if you want to get infection please come here! Smh! I got infected toe nail immediately after I left and I got injections for pain and was told because of this place not using clean tools. Came back and asked to get refunded and only was given back my medical bill but not my refund for my service. They acted like I came back to rob them. Very unfair and unprofessional. Will never come back. Please avoid this place by any means. I've never written a review but I had to for this place. So dirty!! read more

I normally only go to Nail shops for pedicures but this by far has to be the WORST experience ever! I go in for a normal Gel pedicure, add acrylic to my big toe and then we're done right? NO! First of all I NEVER asked for callus removal nor did I ask for sugar scrub because I went in there with a set amount of $$ which is why I called and asks before stepping foot in there how much it would cost. The guy who started on my feet didn't know wtf he was doing. There should be no reason why I have my foot in so many positions while you apply acrylic to my nail. After he did a shit job on the acrylic another woman came to "finish" the job, this is where it got bad. Instead of her asking ME( the customer) what I wanted, she asked the guy who started my feet what I came for. Now, I speak mandarin so the fact that he lied and told her I came for a luxury spa ( which is damn near $100) I was livid. I politely stopped her before she went and pick up any of those items and said No I'm here for a standard gel spa pedicure. For one, she didn't do any of my cuticles, she never filed or shaped my nails and as I'm complaining and telling her that these things need to be done, the guy is telling her that he already did it. He NEVER did! She added callus removal anyway after I told her no. She scrubbed my feet so hard with this cheese grater looking thing it took off my skin. When I told her she cut me and I no longer feel comfortable with her doing my feet, she tells me I'm gonna be ok, tapped my foot and proceeded to alcohol on my foot. I asked for someone else to finish my feet and I was ignored. So here's where I get petty. I sat there very quietly as she finished my feet, once it was time to pay and she started adding everything she did to my feet (that I did not ask for) and gives me my total of $95, u day my $45 on the counter and walked out. I will NEVER come here again!! And FYI; yes they do sit there talking about and judging each and every one of their customers that doesn't like something that they do. They are definitely mocking you and calling you names. read more

Love the owners ! Ashley 10/10 recommend she is super fast & does exactly as my nail inspiration pic. She took 1 hour exactly, she is a little rough but nothing I couldn't handle . But you go to a nail salon to get pampered your paying your own hard working money, my grandfather just passed away so this was a first time since his death I did something for me.... Number one these people are so rude to their customers. I'm not even from here and they made me feel so unwelcomed. Upon arrival the "manager I'm guessing" was on her phone not paying any kind to anyone. They like to talk their crap in the language, I have the app on to hear what they were saying. It was my first time here and I was the first person there and they got me in a seat right away. I didn't really know the words or the lingo to what exactly I wanted and luckily for me they understood what I wanted. They took their time and made sure that any mistakes there was it was taken care of while I was there. So I didn't have to feel like the bad guy and say hey you messed up my nail because they were already on it. I had two nail techs working on me and let me just say I've never had that happen before. I'm glad I decided to give this salon a try. It's small but clean and cozy. Phillip did my nails and he did an amazing job! He did exactly the nails I showed him in a picture. He was very nice, patient, funny. I loved that they can do alot of different style of nails, not like other places that you go and they can't do certain styles,types or colors. This establishment is run by swindlers - they don't care about their customers. I've been here multiple times for the SAME EXACT mani and pedi and they keep increasing the price on me - why would you keep trying to rip off a repeat customer? They need to be more transparent and consistent with their pricing. They even have pricing menus there that say the actual price, but when I point to them, the lady makes some bullshit excuse as to why they're not valid and charges me more. The last time I came, she increased the price on me $25 AGAIN with zero explanation, even when I asked why. It's not even about the money, it's about the principle. If they're this shady about pricing, how dishonest are they about basic hygiene and sanitation? They've lost my trust. There are plenty of other nail salons in Vegas that won't try to nickel and dime you over $25. read more

This establishment is WILDLY unprofessional. It took an hour and a half to get my nails done (gel acrylic no design), why? Because the tech stopped to talk on the phone 5 times and one of those times was to order take out. I originally planned for a design but once he managed to get off the phone I decided against it as we were already an hour in without him even beginning to polish. Masks were not worn by staff, but rather loosely on the chin or not at all...I am not one to leave poor reviews but this was and is absolutely necessary. I left with many air bubbles and color inconsistencies on my nails as I knew I would need to go to another shop to get these fixed. read more

A bit disappointed.. I got a pedicure and full acrylic set and was satisfied with the pedicure, however,, the acrylic set didn't come out as great. The color is beautiful but some of the nails weren't placed on straight and the person who was doing my nails didn't shape it straight either. If I could rate the customer service however I'd give it 5 stars cause all the staff were nice & very friendly . read more

I went for a full set and a pedicure. The pedicure was good. The lady who did my full set, ripped my previous manicure off of my nails, without soaking my nails at all. It was very painful. I had to ask her at least 6 times to cut my nails shorter. She was very rude during our time together. The nails turned out good, except for the length. I do not recommend this establishment. read more

Awful. Don't waste your time here. Their prices are outrageous considering the place hasn't been cleaned or updated probably ever. Ashley was extremely rough with my nails and my cuticles are bleeding. I was in pain the whole time she was doing my nails. The buffer burned me several times. She was very sloppy with her work and way too rough with my hands and had an attitude when I showed her that a couple of my nails were fully crooked. They lack any integrity and have zero respect for patrons. I even left her a tip after she incorrectly quoted me my total. Huge waste of time and money. read more

The Pressure: This is the place for people who actually want a hard massage. Even their "regular" pressure is much firmer than a "deep tissue" at a place like Burke Williams. I especially loved the technique where they step on your back--it's incredibly effective! Just make sure to be vocal about your preferences if you want them to adjust. Pricing & Upselling: They are very clear and upfront with their signs, but like any spa, they may offer add-ons. Just ask if something is included or an extra charge; they aren't trying to scam you, they're just running a business. Location: It's in a perfect spot right next to all the amazing restaurants off Spring Mountain, making it a great stop before or after dinner. She went with a 90 minute Swedish massage with Weeya and I opted for a mix of Swedish and Thai massage for my 90 minutes with Linda. We showed up just before our allotted appointment time and we were taken into our separate rooms right away. I let Linda know that I'm pretty sensitive when it comes to pressure, and though there were a few times that the pressure did feel a little too strong for me, she did adjust once I reminded her that I'd prefer a lighter touch. I really enjoyed the stretching portion of the massage, it helped me to relax more deeply. There were times that the room did feel a bit chilly at times, and for some reason though a certain area was not being worked on there were times I was not covered so that made me feel colder some of the massage. Over all I feel Linda did a really nice job and though there were times it did feel uncomfortable, I did leave with a lot less tension and I felt so sleepy and ready for a nap which is a great sign of nervous system reset. My daughter also enjoyed her massage with Weeya, and said she also felt so tired and relaxed after. The ambiance of this space is very relaxing, minimal and clean. There is a stamp card on offer for services so that's a nice perk. Overall I would come back to Lavish Thai massage to experience the unique techniques that Thai massage is known for, and their prices are reasonable especially compared to other spas.

I was kind of desperate because I wanted to maintain my Brazilian, so I decided to search up other good rating and affordable sugaring specialists. Nisa's business popped up as one of my top 3 places, and when I inquired with her, I was able to book an appointment right away :D the price was almost as good as the original place I'd go to. I believe Nisa has her own website that will show how much she quotes on her services, but you can always text/call her to ask as she's super approachable and friendly. I specifically came to her for Brazilian sugar waxing only, although she is more well known for lash extensions. In order to book an appointment with Nisa, you'll have to put a down payment of $50 + tax first. Only contactless payment because of COVID, so she'll take Apple Pay, Venmo, or Cash App. The $50 booking fee is non-refundable but it can be used towards either the service or you can leave it there and use it towards booking your future appointments. (For example, I Venmo her $50 for booking fee, once I meet her to do my $70 Brazilian sugar waxing, I only have to Venmo her $20 after our session is done.) It is cheaper when you are doing maintenance on your Brazilian sugar waxing (coming in every 4 weeks), and it does grow back very slowly! Nisa is super flexible with scheduling appointments, and she'll always text you a reminder when your appointment date is near! I love her sense of humor, she's like a cool mom hahaha. Upon arriving for every session she will check your temperature and have you fill out a COVID checklist form. Make sure you don't book an appointment with her if you had travelled or was exposed to COVID in the last 30 days or so, it doesn't hurt to ask first about it. Wearing your mask is required throughout your session and she sanitizes every single thing, just incase you're wondering how her business is operating during COVID! Currently (from my knowledge) she is only operating her studio at one location, on Dillingham Blvd and another location in Ewa Beach. I'll continue to visit her for as long as I can since I'm always satisfied with her work :)

I love that sugaring is made of natural products too. I reached out to Nes to see if she had an open appointment and thankfully she did. What I liked about my first interactions with her was that she had really good communication, let me know what the Covid protocols were, and also had options of contactless payment. This was my first time getting sugared here and I definitely will come again.
