The staff was efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable. My Fiance's nails were in relative disrepair rafter we had to go a few weeks without getting them done. Her nail artist was able to bring them back to life and nearly save a broken nail. She even stayed a half-hour late to do beautiful french tips and a gel fill. While you might pay a few extra dollars at this nail salon, its worth it for the service. Visiting from Colorado. My sister in law and I walked in and were assisted right away . Pedicure + Manicure for both of us . The basic pedicure was great , although the lavender pedicure would have been my first choice if we had more time . The facility was clean , peaceful music was playing and the salon was well ventilated!! I went with a minimalist design and the nail technician was happy to do it , and patient as I decided on colors and style. I usually do not write reviews. Do not spend your money at this salon. Their customer service is extremely poor if you are not a regular customer. I had a 12pm appointment and arrived at 11:40. A regular walked in slightly after 12 and Shirley told the staff to take the regular client. When I decided to leave she asked me if I wanted to wait. The appropriate statement should have been, I apologize for overbooking the 12pm time slot. This place is a factory, they overbook, quality is poor, as well as customer service. People do not have to spend their money for poor/low quality service...fake nails are a luxury not a necessity. You can easily keep your nails and feet groomed properly at home. Stop patronizing this salon until Shirley understands that customer service is important for all who walk through the salon. I know this salon has been around for a while. The behavior of the young female technician there is appalling. I had to get up and leave because she was very rude for no reason. She was supposed to provide services to me and give me a full gel set. She was huffing and puffing, rolling her eyes and rushing me to show her what I wanted. This is a place you should stay away from if you have any self dignity. I've had experiences in the past that weren't the best and need no rementioning but THIS was unacceptable. In short, the owner herself blamed me for wanting a design (huh?!?) and switching techs on me in which the second tech did such a horrible job that my gel started bubbling. (I told her to put me under the light before waxing me but nooooo)‍ So then the owner refuses to fix it bc they are busy...I'm assuming over booked...resulting in me telling her I'll never come back to this place again. I went there for a few weeks to try it. Had to say, they could never get my nails right. They're either completely different lengths or they are complete misshapen. I got them done a week ago and three nails broke off. I went in to get them put back on and the owner charged me full price for it saying it was "my fault cause they're too long and pointed." Not only that, but they're silk acrylics are only 40, right ? She said I got a "ten dollar discount" and charged me 40. And last week? She charged me 55 because I wanted a design. Don't even bother trying to go in and get a nail fixed. They'll still charge you and tell you it's a "few minute" wait, but you'll sit there for half an hour before you get fed up and leave. I've been really patient with this place and gave them multiple chances. Today was my fifth and final visit. Service as usual is always quick and friendly but this time the lady(lucy) who did my nails was taking so long even tho i told her i had to do othee things to prepare for prom after and was so damn rough! she used The cuticle sander thing way too close to my thumb cuticle and it started bleeding a bit.
